Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 포터블 수소풍부수 제조장치 구성도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 포터블 수소풍부수 제조장치의 전기분해셀의 단면도이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시 예에 따른 포터블 수소풍부수 제조장치 구성도이다.
이를 상세하게 설명하면, 음전극(102-1)은 음수컵(100) 하부의 개방부에 연접하여 설치하되, 음수컵(100)을 플라스틱 사출방법으로 제작 시 인써트사출(insert injection molding) 방법으로 음전극(102-1)을 플라스틱과 일체형으로 구성하거나, 음수컵(100) 하부의 개방부에 홈 등을 성형하여 별도로 음전극(102-1)을 설치하고, 물이 투과할 수 없는 특징을 가진 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3)은 상면 가장자리에 가스켓(102-4)을 구성하여 음수컵(100) 하부의 음전극(102-1)이 설치된 개방부와 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3) 사이를 밀폐하며, 또한 고분자이온교환수지막 (102-3) 하면에 상기의 가스켓(102-4)과 똑 같은 다른 하나의 가스켓(102-4)을 구성하며, 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3)을 중심으로 음전극(102-1)과 대향되도록 설치하는 양전극(102-2)은 셀커버(101)와 인써트사출로써 일체형으로 구성하거나, 셀커버(101)에 홈 등을 성형하여 별도로 설치한 후 상기의 이온교환수지막(102-3) 하면의 가스켓(102-4)에 밀착되도록 설치함으로써 전체 전기분해셀(102)의 구성을 이룬다. 즉, 음수컵(100) 내 정수의 누설은 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3) 상면 가장자리에 구성된 가스켓(102-4)이 음수컵(100) 하부의 개방부와 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3) 간을 밀폐함으로써 방지되며, 하면 가장자리에 구성된 또 하나의 가스켓(102-4)은 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3)과 셀커버(101) 간을 밀폐하여 수조베이스(103) 내의 물이 음수컵(100)으로 이동되는 것을 방지한다.
본 고안의 동작을 상세히 설명하면, 음수컵(100) 내에 음용에 적절한 정수를 부으면 음수컵(100) 하부의 음전극(102-1)은 음수컵 내 정수에 잠긴 상태이며, 상기 음수컵(100)을 수조베이스(103) 상에 거치하면, 전기분해셀(102)의 양전극(102-2)은 수조베이스 내 물에 잠기고, 이때 수조베이스의 물은 물통(104)에서 급수관(105)을 통하여 급수되면서 플로트밸브(106)의 정수위 차단 기능에 의하여 항상 일정한 수위를 유지한다. 전원장치(107)는 통상 수십볼트 이하의 직류전기를 발생하며, 전기분해셀(102)의 음전극(102-1)과 양전극(102-2) 직류를 인가하면 다음의 전기분해 반응이 일어난다.

Claims (2)
- 물을 전기분해하여 수소가스를 발생시켜 수소풍부수를 제조하는 장치에 있어서, 일정량의 정수를 담을 수 있는 형태를 가지며, 하부에 개방부를 형성한 음수컵(100) 및 컵뚜껑(200)과;
상기 음수컵(100) 하부에 구성되는 전기분해셀(102)은 음수컵(100) 하부의 개방부와 결합되거나, 또는 분리가 가능하도록 연접하여 구성한 음전극(102-1)과:
상기 음전극(102-1)과 밀착되도록 구성한 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3)과:
상기 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3)을 중심으로 음전극(102-1)과 대향되며, 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3)에 밀착되도록 설치하되, 셀커버(101)과 결합되거나, 또는 분리가 가능하도록 연접하여 구성한 양전극(102-2)과;
상기 음수컵(100) 하부의 개방부와 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3) 사이를 밀폐하며, 상기 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3)과 셀커버(101) 사이를 밀폐하도록 고분자이온교환수지막(102-3) 양면의 가장자리에 구성한 한 쌍의 가스켓(102-4)을 포함하며;
상기 음수컵(100)과 전기분해셀(102)의 조립체를 거치할 수 있으며, 양전극(102-2)의 전기분해용 물을 담는 수조베이스(103)와:
상기의 수조베이스(103)에 전기분해용 물을 공급하는 물통(104) 및 급수관(105)과:
상기 급수관(105)에 연결되어 수조베이스(103) 내의 전기분해용 물이 정수위를 유지하도록 설치한 플로트밸브(106)와:
장치 내부 또는 외부에 설치된 전원장치(107)로부터 직류전원이 음전극(102-1)과 양전극(102-2)에 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 포터블 수소풍부수 제조장치
- 제 1항에 있어서, 컵뚜껑(200)과 결합된 봉으로 연결되며, 원뿔디스크 형상을 가진 용존디스크(201)가 1개 이상 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 포터블 수소풍부수 제조장치
