Claims (3)
- 내화단열 피복재 조성물 슬러리에 폴리아크릴아마이드와 포타슘아크릴레이트 폴리머로 이루어진 물방울 연행제를 포수시켜 내화단열 피복재 슬러리 75∼85중량%에 대하여 15∼25중량%첨가하여 피복도포시켜 건조 후 비중을 감소시킬 수 있는 저비중 내화단열 피복재 조성물
- 내화단열 피복재 조성물에 폴리아크릴아마이드와 포타슘아크릴레이트 폴리머로 이루어진 물방울 연행제 분말을 0.05∼4중량% 혼합하여 물을 첨가후 슬러리를 피복도포시켜 건조후 비중을 감소시킬 수 있는 저비중 내화단열 피복재 조성물
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물방울 연행제는 포틀랜드시멘트, 발포퍼얼라이트, 발포질석, 석고, 및 무기섬유를 주재로 하는 각종 내화단열 피복재 조성물에 적용할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 저비중 내화단열 피복재 조성물
