Claims (25)
- 암모니아, 히드라진, 히드라진유도체, 및 수용성 아민계 화합물에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물과 접촉시키는 접촉공정을 거친 알루미늄합금형상물과,상기 알루미늄합금 형상물의 표면에, 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트, 상기 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트를 주체로 하는 공중합체(共重合體), 및 상기 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트를 성분으로서 포함한 열가소성 수지조성물에서 선택된 1종 이상이 일체로 부착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉공정은, 상기 화합물을 용해시킨 수용액에 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트가, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 알루미늄합금 형상물은, 상기 접촉공정 전에 염기수용액에 침지시키고, 다음에 산수용액에 침지시키는 중화처리공정을 거친 것임을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉공정 전에, 수용성환원제의 수용액에 침지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 폴리머가, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단독의 폴리머, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리카보네이트의 폴리머 컴파운드(polymer compound), 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 아크릴로니트릴ㆍ부타디엔ㆍ스틸렌수지의 폴리머 컴파운드, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 폴리머 컴파운드, 및 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리스틸렌의 폴리머 컴파운드에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 접촉공정은, 상기 화합물을 가스화하여 접촉시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머에는, 물성을 개량하기위한 충전재가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머에는, 기계적강도를 높이기위해 고강도섬유가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 상기 충전재는, 카본블랙(carbon black), 탄산칼슘, 규산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 실리카, 탤크(talc), 점토(clay), 리그닌(lignin), 아스베스토(asbestos), 운모(mica), 석영분(silica powder), 및 유리구(glass globules)에서 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 고강도섬유는, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 및 아라미드섬유(aramid fiber)에서 선택된 1종이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체.
- 알루미늄합금과 열가소성수지 조성물의 복합체의 제조방법으로서,상기 알루미늄합금을 기계가공하여 알루미늄합금형상물로 하는 가공공정과,상기 알루미늄합금 형상물을 암모니아, 히드라진, 히드라진유도체, 및 수용성 아민계 화합물에서 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물과 접촉시키는 접촉공정과,성형용 금형에 상기 접촉공정에서 접촉처리된 상기 알루미늄합금 형상물을 삽입하여, 상기 알루미늄합금 형상물의 표면에, 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트, 상기 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트를 주체로 하는 공중합체, 및 상기 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트를 성분으로서 포함하는 열가소성 수지조성물에서 선택된 1종 이상을 가압, 가열하여 일체로 하는 성형공정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금 형상물과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 접촉공정은, 상기 화합물을 수용액에 용해시켜 접촉시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 성형공정은, 사출성형으로 행하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금 형상물과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리알킬렌 테레프탈레이트가, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 내지 제 15항 중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가공공정과 상기 접촉공정의 사이에,상기 알루미늄합금형상물을 염기성수용액에 침지시키는 제 1침지공정과,상기 제 1침지공정에서 침지처리된 상기 알루미늄합금형상물을 중화처리하기위해 산수용액에 침지시키는 제 2침지공정으로 이루어진 공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금 형상물과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 12항 내지 제 15항 중, 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가공공정과 상기 접촉공정의 사이에,상기 알루미늄합금형상물을 수용성환원제의 수용액에 침지시키는 수용성환원제 침지공정을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금 형상물과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 폴리머가, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트 단독의 폴리머, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리카보네이트의 폴리머 컴파운드(polymer compound), 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 아크릴로니트릴ㆍ부타디엔ㆍ스틸렌수지의 폴리머 컴파운드, 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리에틸렌 테레프탈레이트의 폴리머 컴파운드, 및 폴리부틸렌 테레프탈레이트와 폴리스틸렌의 폴리머 컴파운드에서 선택된 1종 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 16항에 있어서, 상기 염기성수용액은, 수산화알칼리금속의 수용액인 것 을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금 형상물과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 환원제는, 아황산알칼리금속, 아황산수소알칼리금속, 히드라진, 수소화붕소알칼리금속, 및 수소화알루미늄알칼리금속에서 선택된 1종 이상의 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금 형상물과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 17항 또는 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 접촉공정은, 상기 화합물을 가스화하여 접촉시키는 것임을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머에는, 기계적 강도를 높이기위해 고강도섬유가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 상기 고강도섬유는, 유리섬유, 탄소섬유, 및 아라미드섬유(aramid fiber)에서 선택된 1종이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머에는, 물성을 개량하기위한 충전재가 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
- 제 24항에 있어서, 상기 충전재는, 카본블랙(carbon black), 탄산칼슘, 규산칼슘, 탄산마그네슘, 실리카, 탤크(talc), 점토(clay), 리그닌(lignin), 아스베스토(asbestos), 운모(mica), 석영분(silica powder), 및 유리구(glass globules)에서 선택된 1종 이상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄합금과 수지의 복합체의 제조방법.
