Abstract
Description
Claims (18)
- 양극;음극; 및고분자 바인더막을 매개로 하여 상기 양극과 음극 사이에 구비되며, 격리막 지지체, 상기 격리막 지지체상에 형성되고 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드계 폴리머를 포함하는 고분자막을 포함하는 고분자 격리막을 포함하는 전기화학셀.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고분자막의 두께는 1∼50㎛ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드계 폴리머는 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이 코폴리머이며 HFP(hexafluoropropane)를 8∼25% 범위로 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 바인더막은 상기 고분자막의 표면상에 1∼80% 범위를 덮도록 도포된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자막은 실리카(SiO2), 제올라이트 및알루미나(Al2O3)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 무기 필러를 중량비로 0.5∼2배 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 격리막 지지체는 부직 폴리에틸렌(non-woven polyethylene), 부직 폴리프로필렌, 섬유상의 PTFE, 폴리에스테르 부직포, 솔벤트 스펀 레이온(solvent-spun-rayon), 재생 셀룰로오즈 파이버(regenerated cellulose fiber), 글래스 파이버(glass fiber), 마닐라삼(manila hemp), 사이잘마 펄프(sisal pulp) 및 크라프트 펄프(kraft pulp)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 바인더가폴리아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무(NBR), 폴리스티렌-부타디엔 고무(SBR), 폴리(스티렌-부타디엔-스티렌) 고무 (SBS), 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 고무(ABS) 및 폴리부타디엔을 포함하는 부타디엔계 고분자 물질;폴리디메틸 실록산, 폴리이소프렌, 폴리클로로프렌, 폴리이소부틸렌 및 에틸렌프로필렌 고무를 포함하는 합성 고무 또는 천연고무;폴리(알킬 아크릴레이트), 폴리(알킬 메타크릴레이트), 폴리(알킬 에타크릴레이트), 이들의 공중합체 및 이들의 혼합체를 포함하는 아크릴계 수지;폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드, 폴리비닐리덴 플루오라이드-헥사플루오로프로판, 폴리클로로트리플루오로에틸렌 그리고 에틸렌과의 공중합체, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌, 폴리비닐플루오라이드 및 이들의 공중합체를 포함하는 불소계 고분자; 및폴리(비닐 클로라이드) 및 폴리(비닐리덴 클로라이드)를 포함하는 염소계 고분자 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학셀이 양극, 고분자 격리막 및 음극이 순차적으로 적층된 모노셀 타입인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극을 지지하는 양극 집전체 및 상기 음극을 지지하는 음극 집전체가 메쉬형 또는 호일형인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀.
- 격리막 지지체상에 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드계 폴리머를 포함하는 고분자막을 형성하는 단계;상기 고분자막의 상부에 고분자 바인더를 도포하여 고분자 바인더막을 형성하는 단계;상기 고분자 바인더막상에 양극 및 음극을 상온∼80℃의 온도 범위에서 열압착시키는 단계를 포함하는 전기화학셀의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고분자막은상기 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드계 폴리머 100 중량부, 용매 100∼3000 중량부 및 가소제 100∼1000 중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 고분자 용액을 제조하는 단계;제조된 고분자 용액을 격리막 지지체상에 도포하는 단계;도포된 고분자 용액으로부터 상기 용매를 휘발시키는 단계; 및추출 용매를 사용하여 상기 가소제를 추출하는 단계를 수행하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 가소제는 디부틸프탈레이트 및 디메틸아피페이트중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고분자막은상기 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드계 폴리머 100 중량부 및 용매 100∼3000 중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 고분자 용액을 제조하는 단계;제조된 고분자 용액을 격리막 지지체상에 도포하는 단계;도포된 고분자 용액으로부터 상기 용매를 휘발시키는 단계; 및비용매를 이용하여 공극을 형성시키는 단계를 수행하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고분자막은상기 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드계 폴리머 100 중량부, 용매 1000∼3000 중량부 및 가소제 100∼1000 중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 고분자 용액을 제조하는 단계;제조된 고분자 용액을 별도의 막상에 도포하고 닥터블레이드법을 이용하여 제막하는 단계;도포된 막을 격리막 지지체와 함께 상온∼130℃ 온도범위에서 압착시켜 접합시키는 단계; 및추출 용매를 사용하여 상기 가소제를 추출하는 단계를 수행하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 접합시 압착율은 전체 두께의 1∼75% 범위가 되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 격리막의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 격리막 지지체는 실리콘이 도포된 폴리에스터 필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 격리막의 제조방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 가소제는 디부틸프탈레이트 및 디메틸아피페이트중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고분자막은상기 폴리비닐리덴플루오라이드계 폴리머 100 중량부 및 용매 100∼3000 중량부의 비율로 혼합하여 고분자 용액을 제조하는 단계;제조된 고분자 용액을 별도의 막상에 도포하고 닥터블레이드법을 이용하여 제막하는 단계;도포된 막을 격리막 지지체와 함께 상온∼130℃ 온도범위에서 압착시켜 접합시키는 단계; 및비용매를 이용하여 공극을 형성시키는 단계를 수행하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학셀의 제조방법.
