본 발명은 뼈 고정 장치에 관한 것이며, 특히 경부 척추를 안정화시키는 장치에 관한 것이다.

이 목적은 특허 청구 범위의 청구항 제 1 항에 따른 뼈 고정 장치에 의해 달성된다. 본 발명의 추가 실시형태는 특허 청구 범위의 종속 청구항들에 기재되어 있다.

Claims (16)

  1. 뼈 나사(6, 60)의 부분(15, 61, 62)이 통과하는 적어도 한개의 구멍(5)을 가지는 평판(2, 200), 뼈 나사를 평판에 연결하기 위해 상기 구멍(5)에서 변위 가능한 연결 부재(20, 30), 및 상기 구멍에서 상기 연결 부재를 고정하는 고정 장치(10, 11)를 가지는 뼈 고정 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구멍(5)은, 상기 연결 부재(20, 30)가 보유되는 제 1 영역(5a)과, 상기 연결 부재가 상기 구멍에 삽입될 수 있게 하는 치수로 된 제 2 영역(5b)를 가지고, 상기 고정 장치는 상기 제 2 영역의 단면을 제한하는 고정 부재(10)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  3. 제 1 항 내지 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 연결 부재(20, 30)는 첨단으로부터 먼쪽으로 향하는 뼈 나사의 단부를 수용하기 위한 슬리브 모양으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브의 일 단부가 돌출부(23, 33)를 가지고 있고, 그 돌출부의 최대 직경은 상기 구멍(5)의 상기 제 1 영역(5a)의 최대 직경보다 크고, 상기 제 2 영역(5b)의 최대 직경보다 작으며, 상기 돌출부의 반대측 단부에서 상기 슬리브의 최대 외부 직경이 상기 제 2 영역(5b)의 최대 직경보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  5. 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 슬리브(20, 30)의 길이는 상기 구멍(5)의 가장자리에서의 평판(2, 200)의 두께보다 조금 더 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 고정 장치는 상기 평판(2, 200)에 나사결합 될 수 있고, 나사결합 된 상태에서 상기 연결 부재(20, 30)가 통과하는 것을 방지할 정도로 헤드(11)가 상기 구멍의 제 2 영역(5b)으로 돌출하도록 나사(10)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연결 부재가 뼈 나사(6, 60)의 구형(球形) 세그먼트 형상의 헤드(6a, 63)를 수용하기 위한 중공의 구형 세그먼트 형상의 부분(22)을 가지는 지지 부재(20)로서 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 나사의 헤드가 구형 세그먼트 형상의 너트(63)로서 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 플레인 와셔(20)의 상기 중공의 구형 세그먼트 형상의 부분(22, 24)은 상기 너트(6)가 그 부분안에 끼워 넣어지도록 상기 너트(63)를 둘러 싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 연결 부재가 뼈 나사의 헤드를 형성하는 너트(30)로서 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  11. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 뼈 나사(6)가, 뼈 나삿니를 가진 부분(15)과 헤드(6a)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  12. 제 1 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 뼈 나사(60)가, 뼈 나삿니를 가지는 제 1 부분(6)과, 그 제 1 부분에 인접하여 있고, 너트(63, 30)에의 연결을 위한 나삿니를 가지는 제 2 부분(62)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  13. 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 뼈 나사가 상기 제 1 부분과 상기 제 2 부분 사이에 어깨부(65)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  14. 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 뼈에 나사결합 되는 상기 뼈 나사(60)의 단부가 슬릿(slit)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  15. 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 평판의 상기 구멍(5)이 오목부를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
  16. 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 평판(200)이 각 단부에 서로 인접하여 위치하는 2 개의 구멍(2)을 가지고 있고, 상기 고정 장치(10, 11)가 상기 구멍들 모두에 공동으로 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 뼈 고정 장치.
