Claims (5)
- 세로방향으로 연장되는 하나의 내부 채널(channel, 20) 및 하나의 외부 채널(21)을 가지는 기다란 드릴 비트(drill bit, 14)와, 상기 드릴 비트(14)가 관통되며 내마모성 부시(25)를 포함하는 드릴 부시(22)를 구비하는, 볼록한 표면을 가지는 금속 피가공물에 경사진 깊은 구멍을 가공하기 위한 장치에 있어서,피가공물(10)에 대향하는 드릴 부시(22)의 끝부분이 드릴 부시 축(axis)에 대하여 가로방향으로 연장되는 적어도 하나의 일직선 지지 에지(supporting edge, 28)를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼록한 표면을 가지는 피가공물에 깊은 구멍을 가공하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 지지 에지(28)는 드릴 부시(22)의 평면형 측 표면(27)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼록한 표면을 가지는 피가공물에 깊은 구멍을 가공하는 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,피가공물(10)에 대향하는 상기 드릴 부시(22)의 끝 부분은, 일부는 평면형 앞끝면(29)으로, 그리고 일부는 기울어진 경사면(30)으로 구성되며, 상기 지지 에지(28)는 평면형 앞끝면(29)을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼록한 표면을 가지는 피가공물에 깊은 구멍을 가공하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,2개의 나란한 지지 에지(28)가 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼록한 표면을 가지는 피가공물에 깊은 구멍을 가공하는 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 지지 에지(28)는 라운드(round)로 형성되거나 경사면(傾斜面)으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 볼록한 표면을 가지는 피가공물에 깊은 구멍을 가공하는 장치.
