Claims (4)
- 고속으로 회전되는 임펠러(312)로부터 발사되어진 강구(S)가 회전되는 피가공물(20)의 표면을 타격하여, 피가공물(20)의 표면부에 압축응력이 잔류되도록 하는 임펠러방식의 쇼트피닝설비에 있어서,상기 강구(S)에 의한 타격에 의해 온도상승되는 피가공물(20)의 표면부를 냉각시켜주는 냉각장치(1200)가 구비되되, 이 냉각장치(1200)는, 고압의 압축공기를 형성하는 공기압축기(1210)와, 공기압축기(1210)로부터 공급되는 공기압을 조절하는 압력조절기구(1220), 압력조절기구(1220)로부터의 에어공급을 선택적으로 차단하는 에어공급제어밸브(1230) 및, 에어공급제어밸브(1230)로부터의 고압의 에어를 피가공물(20)의 표면으로 분사하는 에어노즐(N1 ; N2)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러방식의 쇼트피닝설비.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 에어노즐(N1 ; N2)과 에어공급제어밸브(1230)를 연결하는 에어분사라인(L6)에 강구투입라인(L7)이 연통되고, 이 강구투입라인(L7)에, 이물질제거유닛(700)으로부터 회수되는 강구(S)를 임시보관하는 강구저장챔버(120)와, 강구저장챔버(120)로부터 강구투입라인(L7)으로의 강구(S) 투입을 선택적으로 차단하는 강구투입밸브(220) 및, 강구투입라인(L7)으로의 고압의 에어 유입을 차단하는 압력차단밸브(250)가 설치되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러방식의 쇼트피닝설비.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 에어노즐(N1 ; N2)이 임펠러(312)를 중심으로 양측에 각각 설치되어, 에어노즐(N1 ; N2)을 통해 분사되어진 고압의 에어가 피가공물(20)을 향해서 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러방식의 쇼트피닝설비.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피가공물(20)을 예열하는 가열장치(1400)를 갖춘 예열챔버(1300)가 구비되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 임펠러방식의 쇼트피닝설비.
