Claims (29)
- 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,상기 제철용 원료를 포함하는 조립 처리용 조성물을 소정의 비율로 물에 분산시킨 경우에, 소정 시간 경과 후 물 속에 부유하고 있는 미립자의 양이, 사용한 조립 처리용 조성물의 고형분의 2중량% 이상이 되도록 상기 조립 처리용 조성물을 배합하여 당해 조립 처리용 조성물의 조립 처리를 행함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,상기 제철용 원료를 포함하는 조립 처리용 조성물을 소정의 비율로 물에 분산시킨 경우에, 소정 시간 경과 후 물 속에 부유하고 있는 미립자의 양이, 사용한 조립 처리용 조성물의 고형분의 2중량% 이상이 되도록 상기 제철용 원료에 분산제를 첨가하여 수득된 조립 처리용 조성물의 조립 처리를 행함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 분산제가 산기 및/또는 이의 염을 갖는 고분자 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,상기 제철용 원료를 포함하는 조립 처리용 조성물을 소정의 비율로 물에 분산시킨 경우에, 소정 시간 경과 후 물 속에 부유하고 있는 미립자의 양이, 사용한 조립 처리용 조성물의 고형분의 2중량% 이상이 되도록 상기 제철용 원료에 평균 입경이 200μm 이하인 미립자를 첨가하여 수득된 조립 처리용 조성물의 조립 처리를 행함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 미립자가 철광석, 철강용 부원료, 석회석, 고령토, 벤토나이트, 제철소 내에서 발생하는 더스트, 플라이애쉬, 실리카흄, 무수석고로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 미립자임을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,상기 제철용 원료를 포함하는 조립 처리용 조성물을 소정의 비율로 물에 분산시킨 경우에, 소정 시간 경과 후 물 속에 부유하고 있는 미립자의 양이, 사용한 조립 처리용 조성물의 고형분의 2중량% 이상이 되도록 상기 제철용 원료에 평균 입경이 200μm 이하인 미립자와 분산제를 첨가하여 수득된 조립 처리용 조성물의 조립 처리를 행함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 분산제가 산기 및/또는 이의 염을 갖는 고분자 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 미립자가 철광석, 철강용 부원료, 석회석, 고령토, 벤토나이트, 제철소 내에서 발생하는 더스트, 플라이애쉬, 실리카흄, 무수석고로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 미립자임을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 미분의 철광석을 포함하는 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는데 사용하는 처리로서, 점토 분산능이 0.5 이상인 수용성 고분자 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 조립 처리제.
- 제 9항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 (i) 폴리아크릴산, (ii) 폴리아크릴산이 함유하는 카복실기의 일부 또는 전부가 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘, 암모니아로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산 염으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 제철용 조립 처리제.
- 미분의 철광석을 포함하는 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,제 9항에 따른 제철용 조립 처리제를 상기 제철용 원료에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 미분의 철광석을 포함하는 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는데 사용하는 처리제로서, 카복실기 및/또는 이의 염을 함유하고, 수평균 분자량이 500 이상 20000 이하의 범위이고, 또한 중량 평균 분자량/수평균 분자량으로 나타내는 다분산도가 1.2 이상 12.0 이하의 범위내인 고분자 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 조립 처리제.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 (i) 폴리아크릴산, (ii) 폴리아크릴산이 함유하는 카복실기의 일부 또는 전부가 나트륨, 칼륨, 칼슘, 암모니아로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종으로 중화된 폴리아크릴산 염으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 제철용 조립 처리제.
- 미분의 철광석을 포함하는 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,제 12항에 따른 제철용 조립 처리제를 상기 제철용 원료에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 미분의 철광석을 포함하는 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는데 사용하는 처리제로서,산기 및 폴리알킬렌글리콜 쇄를 갖는 고분자 화합물, β-나프탈렌설폰산염 포르말린 축합물, 멜라민설폰산염 포르말린 축합물, 방향족 아미노설폰산 중합체, 리그닌설폰산 변성물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 적어도 1종의 고분자 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 조립 처리제.
- 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,제 15항에 따른 제철용 조립 처리제를 상기 제철용 원료에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 미분의 철광석을 포함하는 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는데 사용하는 처리제로서, 산기 및 폴리알킬렌글리콜 쇄를 갖는 고분자 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 조립 처리제.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 갖는 산기가 카복실기 및/또는 이의 염임을 특징으로 하는 제철용 조립 처리제.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 갖는 폴리알킬렌글리콜 쇄가 폴리에틸렌글리콜 유래의 구조 단위를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 조립 처리제.
- 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,제 17항에 따른 제철용 조립 처리제를 상기 제철용 원료에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,상기 제철용 원료에 전기영동 광산란법을 사용한 ξ전위 측정 시험으로 측정한 ξ전위가 - 55mV 이하의 미분을 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제 21항에 있어서, 상기 제철용 원료에 대한 미분의 첨가량이 0.01중량% 이상 30중량% 이하의 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,상기 제철용 원료에 미분과 당해 미분의 ξ전위를 조절하는 미분 보조제를, 전기영동 광산란법을 사용한 ξ전위 측정 시험으로 측정한 상기 미분의 ξ전위가 - 55mV 이하가 되도록 선택하여 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 미분보조제가 산기 및/또는 이의 염을 갖는 고분자 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 제철용 원료에 대한 미분의 첨가량이 0.01중량% 이상 30중량% 이하의 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,고분자 화합물을 포함하고 또한 부착력 시험에 의해 측정된 부착력 평가치가 1.2 이상이 되는 제철용 조립제를 상기 제철용 원료에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제 26항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 산기 및/또는 이의 염을 갖는 고분자 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제철용 원료를 조립 처리하는 방법에 있어서,상기 제철용 원료에 고분자 화합물과 평균 입경이 200μm 이하인 미립자를 부착력 시험에 의해 측정된 부착력 평가치가 1.2 이상이 되도록 선택하여 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
- 제 28항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 화합물이 산기 및/또는 이의 염을 갖는 고분자 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 제철용 원료의 조립 처리 방법.
