실시예 1 및 비교예 1의 음료에 대한 간기능 회복 실험을 하여 다음과 같이실시하였다. 임상시험 대상자 수와 연령별 분포는 20대 남성 10명, 30대 남성 10명, 40대 남성 10명이다. 실시예 1의 음료를 복용한 후 알코올 도수 25%의 소주 한병을 복용한 다음 채혈하여 GOT(glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase)와 GPT(glutamic pyruvic transaminase) 를 측정한다. 또한 음료를 복용하지 않고 알코올 도수 25%의 소주 한병을 복용한 다음 채혈하여 GOT와 GPT를 측정한다. 또한 혈중알코올 감소효과 및 혈당을 측정하였으며 상기의 결과를 표 3에 나타내었다.Liver function recovery experiments were performed for the beverages of Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 as follows.
