Claims (10)
- 트리메틸하이드로퀴논 디아세테이트를 리파제를 사용하여 효소적으로 모노에스테르 가수분해 반응시킴을 포함하는, 트리메틸하이드로퀴논 디아세테이트를 트리메틸하이드로퀴논-1-모노아세테이트로 고도의 선택성으로 전환시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,리파제가 고체 담체 물질 상에 고정화되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,리파제가 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas)종 리파제, 특히 슈도모나스 플루오레슨스(Pseudomonas fluorescens) 리파제, 또는 써모마이세스 라누기노서스(Thermomyces lanuginosus) 리파제인 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,리파제가 써모마이세스 라누기노서스 리파제인 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,효소적 모노에스테르 가수분해 반응을 소수성 용매 중에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,용매로서 3차-부틸 메틸에테르를 사용하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,효소적 모노에스테르 가수분해 반응을 연속적으로 수행하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,생성된 트리메틸하이드로퀴논-1-모노아세테이트를 이소피톨 또는 그의 등가물과 반응시켜 직접적으로 또는 경우에 따라 후속적으로 아세틸화함으로써 (완전-라세미성)-α-토코페롤 또는 그의 아세트산 염으로 전환시킴을 추가로 포함하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,반응을 압력하에 수행하는 방법.
- 트리메틸하이드로퀴논 디아세테이트를 리파제에 의해 트리메틸하이드로퀴논-1-모노아세테이트로 전환시키는 단계; 및생성된 트리메틸하이드로퀴논-1-모노아세테이트를 이소피톨 또는 그의 등가물과 축합하고, 선택적으로 후속적으로 아세틸화하는 단계를 포함하는, (완전-라세미성)-α-토코페롤 또는 그의 아세트산 염을 제조하기 위한 방법.
