Claims (2)
- 유기용매 존재하에서 리파제를 이용하여 2-페닐에탄올과 초산 또는 아실기를 포함한 화합물을 30~70℃의 온도범위에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 리파제 효소를 이용한 2-페닐에탄올계 에스테르 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매의 Log p가 3.5 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 리파제 효소를 이용한 2-페닐에탄올계 에스테르 화합물의 제조방법.3 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매가 헥산, 헵탄, 옥탄, 데칸, 도데칸 또는 헥사데칸임을 특징으로 하는 리파제 효소를 이용한 2-페닐에탄올계 에스테르 화합물의 제조방법.4 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초산 또는 아실기를 포함한 화합물이 초산, 프로피온산, 부틸산, 초산비닐, 무수초산 또는 초산에틸임을 특징으로 하는 리파제 효소를 이용한 2-페닐에탄올계 에스테르 화합물의 제조방법.
