Claims (10)
- 백금 중에 산화지르코늄을 분산시켜, 압연가공, 재결정화 가열처리를 거쳐 얻어지는 산화물 분산강화형 백금재료에 있어서,상기 백금재료를 구성하는 백금 결정립은, 압연가공 방향에서의 평균 결정립 지름이 200∼1500㎛의 범위에 있으며, 평균 결정립 애스팩트비(aspect ratio)가 20 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화형의 백금재료.
- 백금 중에 산화지르코늄을 미세하게 분산시킨 산화물 분산강화형 백금재료의 제조방법에 있어서,분말 조제한 백금을 물에 투입하여 백금 현탁액을 만들고,상기 백금 현탁액에 질산지르코늄 용액과 pH 조정액을 혼합하여 소정의 pH값으로 조정해서 수산화지르코늄을 침전시켜 수산화지르코늄 담지 백금을 형성하고,상기 수산화지르코늄 담지 백금을 회수하여 냉간 등방압 성형처리하므로써 성형체로 하고,상기 성형체를 백금 결정의 2차 재결정성장을 억제한 조건에서 소결처리 및 단조처리하여 백금 잉고트를 형성하고,상기 백금 잉고트를 가공율 70% 이상의 냉간압연 가공처리를 한 후, 재결정화 열처리를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화형 백금 재료의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,분말 조제한 백금은 열처리를 행한 것임을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화형 백금 재료의 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,pH 조정액은, 암모니아, 수산화나트륨, 수산화칼슘, 수산화칼륨 중 임의의 용액이고, 백금 현탁액에 질산지르코늄 용액을 가하여 교반하면서, pH 조정용액을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화형 백금 재료의 제조방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서,pH 조정액은 요소용액이고, 백금 현탁액에 질산지르코늄 용액을 가하여 교반하면서, 가열비등시킨 후, pH 조정액을 첨가하여, 가열처리를 정지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화형 백금 재료의 제조방법.
- 제2항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,pH 값의 조정은, pH 4.5∼11.0의 범위로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화형 백금 재료의 제조방법.
- 제2항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,백금 현탁액을 만들 때의 백금은, 입경 0.05∼10㎛의 분말로 조제한 것임을특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화형 백금 재료의 제조방법.
- 제2항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,냉간 등방압 성형에 있어서 성형압력은, 40∼200MPa인 것을 특징으로 하는산화물 분산강화형 백금 재료의 제조방법.
- 제2항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,소결처리는, 소결온도 1000∼1250℃에서 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화형 백금 재료의 제조방법.
- 제2항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,단조처리는, 1100∼1250℃로 가열후 단조가공을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화물 분산강화형 백금 재료의 제조방법.
