- Pt対Pt−Rh合金熱電対において、
Pt素線は、Pt純度5N以上の原料を用いて形成されたものであり、当該原料にZr換算で0.02〜0.5質量%のZr酸化物が分散されたことを特徴とするPt−PtRh系熱電対。
