Claims (10)
- 표면판과 스크린 전위로 바이어스되도록 한 표면판상의 스크린전극을 가지는 관 밀폐실과,전자빔의 자기 편향을 위해 채용된, 상기 표면판 쪽으로 향하는 전자빔 소스와,그위에 부딪히는 전자빔에 응답하여 빛을 생성하기 위해 상기 표면판 상에 배치된 인광성 재료와,각각 전자빔이 통과하는 각각의 개구부를 가지는, 상기 관밀폐실 내부의 적어도 제1 및 제2 전극을 구비하는 관으로서,상기 제1 전극은 상기 소스와 표면판의 중간에 있으며 스크린 전위보다 적지 않은 전위로 바이어스되도록 하며,상기 제2 전극은 상기 제1 전극 및 상기 표면판 사이에 있으며, 상기 스크린 전위보다 적은 전위로 바이어스되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 전자빔이 통과하는 개구부를 가지는 제3 전극을 더 구비하고, 상기 제3 전극은 상기 소스와 상기 제1 전극 사이에 있으며 상기 스크린 전위를 초과하지 않는 전위로 바이어스되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 관.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전극 중 적어도 하나는 다른 전위로 바이어스되도록 한 복수의 서브전극을 포함하고, 상기 서브 전극 중 적어도 하나는 상기 관밀폐실을 관통하는 컨덕터에 전기적으로 접속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 관밀폐실 내에, 상기 제1, 제2 및 스크린 전극이 바이어스되도록 한 전위 중 적어도 하나를 발달시키기 위한 바이어스 전위를 받게 되도록 한 분압기를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 제1, 제2 및 제3 전극 중 적어도 하나는 상기 관밀폐실의 내부 표면상의 전도성 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관.
- 표면판과, 스크린 전위로 바이어스된 표면판 상의 스크린 전극을 가지는 관 밀폐실과,상기 표면판 쪽으로 향하게 된 전자빔의 상기 관밀폐실 내의 소스와,상기 전자빔을 자기적으로 편향시키기 위한 상기 전자빔 소스에 근접하는 편향 요크와,그위에 부딪히는 전자빔에 응답하여 빛을 생성하기 위해 상기 표면판 상에배치된 인광물질과,각각 편향된 전자빔이 통과하는 각각의 개구부를 가지는, 상기 관밀폐실 내의 적어도 제1 및 제2 전극과,제1, 제2 및 스크린 전위를 제공하는 전위소스를 구비하는 표시장치로서,상기 제1 전극은 상기 전자빔 소스와 상기 표면판의 중간에 있으며 스크린 전위보다 적지 않은 제1 전위로 바이어스되고,상기 제2 전극은 상기 제1 전극과 상기 표면판 사이에 있으며 상기 스크린 전위보다 적은 제2 전위로 바이어스되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,전자빔이 통과하는 개구부를 가지는 제3 전극을 더 구비하고, 상기 제3 전극은 상기 전자빔 소스와 상기 제1 전극 사이에 있으며 상기 스크린 전위를 초과하지 않는 제3 전위로 바이어스되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 제2 전극은, 상기 제3 전극이 바이어스되는 전위보다 적은 전위로 바이어스되는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 전극 중의 적어도 하나는 서로 다른 전위로 바이어스된 복수의 서브전극을 포함하고, 상기 서브전극 중 적어도 하나는 상기 관밀폐실을 관통하는 컨덕터에 전기적으로 접속되어 있으며, 상기 전위소스는 상기 제1, 제2 및 스크린 전위 중 적어도 하나를 발달시키기 위한 바이어스 전위를 받는 상기 관밀폐실 내의 분압기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 표시장치.
- 제1항 또는 제6항에 있어서,상기 스크린 전위로 바이어스되도록 한, 복수의 개구를 가지는 상기 표면판에 근접하는 섀도마스크를 더 구비하고, 상기 인광성 재료는 그 위에 부딪히는 상기 전자빔에 응답하여 각각 서로 다른 색의 빛을 방출하는 다양한 인광성 재료의 패턴을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 관 또는 표시장치.
