Claims (7)
- 폐플라스틱 및 폐오일로부터 유용 연료를 추출하기 위한 추출장치에 있어서,장치의 하면에서 철재프레임으로 구성되어 상단의 설치구조물을 지지하고, 그 프레임을 이동시키기 위한 다수의 휠이 그 프레임의 하부에 구성된 지지 및 이동수단과;상기 지지 및 이동수단의 상면에 설치되어 상기 폐플라스틱과 폐오일을 제공받아 무촉매 열분해 반응을 통해 각종 혼합가스로 변환시키기 위한 반응수단과;상기 반응수단의 하부에 설치되어 그 반응수단으로 열원을 제공하기 위한 연소수단과;상기 반응수단의 상부에 설치되어 그 반응수단으로부터 제공된 혼합가스를 분별 증류하여 분리시키는 분리수단과;상기 분리수단으로부터 분별 증류되고 응축된 연료를 가솔린과 디젤연료로 각각 분리하여 저장하기 위한 저장수단과;상기 반응수단으로의 연료투입을 제어하고, 상기 연소수단의 연소개시 및 정지와 연소온도를 제어함과 더불어, 상기 분리수단으로부터 연료를 추출하기 위한 각종 밸브를 제어하고, 가스의 응축을 위한 냉각수의 순환을 제어하기 위한 제어수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 이동형 연료 회수장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응수단의 전단에는 폐플라스틱을 일정 크기로 분쇄시키는 파쇄수단과; 상기 제어수단의 제어에 의해 그 파쇄수단으로부터 파쇄가 완료되면 자동으로 상기 반응수단으로 공급시키는 공급수단이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 이동형 연료 회수장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반응수단과 연계되어 반응수단으로부터 발생된 슬러지를 처리하기 위한 슬러지 처리수단이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 이동형 연료 회수장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 3 항에 있어서, 상기 연소로의 연료로는 상기 슬러지 처리수단으로부터 제공받은 코크스와, 상기 저장수단으로부터 제공받은 가솔린 가스를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동형 연료 회수장치.
- 폐플라스틱 및 폐오일로부터 연료를 회수하기 위한 이동형 연료 회수장치에 있어서,폐플라스틱을 일정 크기의 알갱이 형태로 파쇄시키는 과정과;폐플라스틱에 대한 파쇄가 완료되면 콘베이어를 동작시켜 반응수단으로 폐플라스틱을 투입시키는 과정과;연소수단을 제어하여 일정 온도로 반응수단을 가열하는 과정과;그 반응수단에서 폐오일과 폐플라스틱을 열분해 하는 과정과;그 반응수단에서 발생된 혼합가스를 분별증류시켜 분리하는 과정과;분리수단으로부터 분리된 가솔린 연료와 디젤연료를 각각 냉각수에 의해 응축하고, 탈수하여 탱크에 저장하는 과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 이동형 연료 회수방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 반응수단을 통해서 폐플라스틱 및 폐오일을 열분해하는 과정에는 그 반응수단으로부터 침전물을 추출하여 제거하는 과정과; 그 침전물로부터 코크스를 추출하여 연소수단의 연료로 공급하는 과정이 더 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동형 연료 회수방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 반응수단에서 폐물질을 분해하는 과정에는 가솔린 가스를 추출 응축하여 가솔린 저장수단에 저장하거나, 연소수단의 연료로 공급하거나, 전체 시스템과 분리수단 바닥에 존재하는 액상의 가솔린의 압력평형을 위한 연소원으로 공급되는 과정 중 적어도 어느 한 과정이 더 포함되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 이동형 연료 회수방법.
