Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 중공형 구체를 제어 가능하게 파괴하는 장치로서,a) 밀폐체와,b) 메시 크기가 최소 중공형 구체 보다 더 작은 구멍이 마련되며 상기 밀폐체의 제1 단부에 또는 그 안에 있는 제1 스크린과,c) 중공형 구체가 파괴되는 동안 제1 스크린이 중공형 구체를 고정시킬 수 있도록 제1 스크린을 지지하며, 파괴된 중공형 구체의 파편을 통과시킬 수 있도록 빈 영역을 갖는 스크린 지지체와,d) 제1 스크린을 가로질러 이동할 때, 제1 스크린 상에 있는 중공형 구체를 파괴시킬 수 있는 형상을 가지고 제1 스크린 바로 가까이에 있는 임펠러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 스크린과 스크린 지지체 사이에 배치되고, 그 메시 크기는 파괴된 중공형 구체의 파편이 스크린 지지체를 통과할 수 있도록 제1 스크린 보다 충분히 더 크며, 상기 임펠러가 중공형 구체를 파괴시키기 위해 제1 스크린을 가로질러 이동할 때 제1 스크린의 딤플링이 실질적으로 감소 또는 방지되도록 구성되는 지지 스크린을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중공형 구체는 기체로 채워지고, 상기 밀폐체는 기체출구를 더 포함하며, 이 밀폐체는 장치를 빠져나가는 기체의 대부분이 상기 기체 출구를 통해 빠져나가도록 기체에 대한 투과성이 충분히 낮은 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중공형 구체와 접촉하도록 제1 스크린을 위치시키는 힘을 제공하기 위해, 하우징 내에 배치되는 스프링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중공형 구체는 밀폐체의 섹션에 배치되며, 상기 밀폐체의 섹션은ⅰ) 밀봉되었을 때, 내부 압력이 약 6KPa 이상으로 유지 가능하며,ⅱ) 임펠러의 동작 또는 제1 스크린을 향하는 중공형 구체의 유동을 방해하지 않도록 충분한 강성을 띠고,ⅲ) 0 내지 130 뉴튼의 힘으로 쉽게 부숴지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밀폐체는 중공형 구체가 저장되는 제1 저장 섹션과 파괴된 중공형 구체가 저장되는 제2 저장 섹션을 포함하며, 상기 제1 스크린, 스크린 지지체 및 임펠러는 상기 제1 및 제2 섹션 사이에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 임펠러는 제1 스크린과 접촉하는 하나 이상의 블레이드를 포함하며, 상기 블레이드는 제1 스크린과 예각을 형성하는 모서리를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 중공형 구체가 파괴될 때, 상기 제1 스크린, 스크린 지지체 및 임펠러는 임펠러의 회전 축선을 따라 제1 섹션으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 제1 스크린, 스크린 지지체 및 임펠러는 임펠러의 회전 축선을 따라 고정되며, 상기 중공형 구체는 가압 수단에 의해 제1 스크린과 접촉하도록 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 가압 수단은 중력, 스프링 부하형 플런저, 압력을 받는 유체에 의해 구동되는 피스톤 및 래칫 기구 등으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 밀폐체는 제1 스크린과 접촉하는 중공형 구체를 수용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 미소구체의 입자 크기의 범위는 제1 스크린의 스크린 개구의 크기와 관련되어지며, 스크린 개구의 크기는 상기 입자 크기의 범위 중 최소 입자 크기 보다 더 작고, 상기 입자 크기의 범위 내에서 최대 입자 크기는 스크린 개구 내에 적어도 순간적으로 수용될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 미소구체는 대기압 보다 큰 압력에서 수소로 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 임펠러는 스프링에 의해 제1 스크린에 대해 편향되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 기체가 수소인 제3항의 장치와, 이 수소가 사용되는 연료셀의 조합체.
- 제17항에 있어서, 연료셀에 연결되는 재충전 가능한 배터리를 더 포함하여 상기 배터리가 연료셀에 의해 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료셀 조합체.
