Claims (32)
- 열가소성 전분에 기초한 폴리머 재료에 있어서,열가소성 전분이 천연전분 또는 전분유도체를 열가소성 전분으로 전환시키는 가소제 또는 팽윤제로서 하나이상의 소수성 생분해성 폴리머를 포함하며 천연전분 또는 전분 유도체를 혼합물 총중량에 대해서 5중량% 미만의 물함량에서 용융물 상태로 생분해성 폴리머와 혼합함으로써 열가소성 전분이 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 존재하는 가소제 또는 팽윤제가 지방족 폴리에스테르, 지방족 블럭과 방향족 블럭을 갖는 코폴리에스테르, 폴리에스테르 아미드, 폴리에스테르 우레탄, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드 폴리머, 폴리글리콜, 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택된 폴리머임을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 재료.
- 제 1 항 또는 2 항에 있어서, 열가소성 전분이 5중량% 미만, 특히 1중량% 미만의 물함량에서 용융물 상태로 혼합함으로써 전분 또는 전분 유도체와 소수성 폴리머의 반응시키고 또다른 저분자량의 가소제 또는 습윤제를 첨가함으로써 수득됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항중 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 전분이 전분 부분/가소제 또는 팽윤제의 혼합물에 대해서 10 내지 40중량%, 특히 20 내지 36중량%의 소수성 생분해성 폴리머를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 4 항중 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 전분과 가소제 또는 팽윤제 뿐만 아니라 하나 이상의 다른 소수성 생분해성 폴리머를 포함하는 폴리머 재료.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 다른 소수성 생분해성 폴리머가 지방족 폴리에스테르, 지방족 블록과 방향족 블록을 갖는 코폴리에스테르, 폴리에스테르 아미드, 폴리에스테르 우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 폴리머, 폴리글리콜, 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 재료.
- 제 5 항 또는 6 항에 있어서, 다른 폴리머가 가소제 또는 팽윤제와 동일함을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 재료.
- 제 5 항 내지 7 항중 한 항에 있어서, 사용되는 적어도 하나의 소수성 생분해성 폴리머 또는 적어도 하나의 다른 소수성 생분해성 폴리머가 아래에 열거된 폴리머임을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 재료:A) 에틸렌 글리콜, 부탄디올, 헥산디올과 같은 성형 디히드릭 알콜, 시클로헥산디메탄올과 같은 고리형지방족 디히드릭 알콜, 1,2,3-프로판트리올 또는 네오펜틸 글리콜과 같은 소량의 다가 알콜, 숙신산 또는 아디프산과 같은 선형 2염기성 산, 시클로헥산디카르복실산 및 테레프탈산과 같은 고리형 지방족 또는 방향족 2염기성 산, 또는 트리멜리트산과 같은 소량의 고작용성 산으로 제조된 지방족 및 방향족 폴리에스테르,B) 히드록시부티르산 또는 히드록시발레르산 또는 ε-카프로락톤과 같은 유도체와 같이 산 및 알콜 작용기를 갖는 빌딩 블럭으로 부터 제조된 지방족 및 방향족 폴리에스테르, 또는 A)와 B)로 부터 제조된 혼합물 또는 공중합체로서 방향족 산이 모든 산의 50중량% 미만의 비율을 가지는 지방족 및 방향족 폴리에스테르;C) 에틸렌 글리콜, 부탄디올, 헥산디올과 같은 선형 디히드릭 알콜, 시클로헥산디메탄올과 같은 고리형지방족 디히드릭 알콜, 1,2,3-프로판트리올 또는 네오펜틸 글리콜과 같은 소량의 다가 알콜, 숙신산 또는 아디프산과 같은 선형 2염기성 산, 시클로헥산디카르복실산 및 테레프탈산과 같은 고리형 지방족 또는 방향족 2염기성 산, 또는 트리멜리트산과 같은 소량의 고작용성 산으로 부터 제조된 에스테르 부분,D) 히드록시부티르산 또는 히드록시발레르산 또는 ε-카프로락톤과 같은 유도체와 같이 산 및 알콜 작용기를 갖는 빌딩 블럭으로 부터 제조된 에스테르 부분, 또는 C)와 D)로 부터 제조된 혼합물 또는 공중합체 및E) C) 또는 D)와 지방족 또는 고리형 지방족 2작용기 이상의 이소시아네이트, 즉 테트라메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트와 에틸렌글리콜, 부탄디올, 헥산디올, 네오펜틸 글리콜 및 시클로헥산디메탄올과 같은 선형 또는 고리형 지방족 디히드릭 또는 다가 알콜의 반응생성물로 부터 제조되는 지방족 폴리에스테르 우레탄으로서 C) 또는 D)는 C), D), E) 총량의 75중량% 이상인 지방족 폴리에스테르 우레탄;F) 에틸렌 글리콜, 부탄디올, 헥산디올과 같은 선형 디히드릭 알콜, 시클로헥산디메탄올과 같은 고리형지방족 디히드릭 알콜, 1,2,3-프로판트리올 또는 네오펜틸 글리콜과 같은 소량의 다가 알콜, 숙신산 또는 아디프산과 같은 선형 2염기성 산, 시클로헥산디카르복실산 및 테레프탈산과 같은 고리형지방족 또는 방향족 2염기성 산, 또는 트리멜리트산과 같은 소량의 고작용성 산으로 부터 제조된 에스테르 부분, 또는G) 히드록시부티르산 또는 히드록시발레르산 또는 ε-카프로락톤과 같은 유도체와 같이 산 및 알콜 작용기를 갖는 빌딩 블럭으로 부터 제조된 에스테르 부분, 또는 F)와 G)로 부터 제조된 혼합물 또는 공중합체 및H) 비소페놀 A와 같은 방향족 디히드릭 페놀과 포스젠과 같은 카보네이트 도너로 부터 제조되는 카보네이트 부분으로 부터 제조되는 지방족-방향족 폴리에스테르 카보네이트로서, 에스테르 부분 F) 또는 G)는 F), G) 및 H) 총량의 70중량% 이상인 지방족-방향족 폴리에스테르 카보네이트;I) 에틸렌 글리콜, 부탄디올, 헥산디올과 같은 선형 디히드릭 알콜, 시클로헥산디메탄올과 같은 고리형지방족 디히드릭 알콜, 1,2,3-프로판트리올 또는 네오펜틸 글리콜과 같은 소량의 다가 알콜, 숙신산 또는 아디프산과 같은 선형 2염기성 산, 시클로헥산디카르복실산 및 테레프탈산과 같은 고리형 지방족 또는 방향족 2염기성 산, 또는 트리멜리트산과 같은 소량의 고작용성 산으로 부터 제조된 에스테르 부분, 또는K) 히드록시부티르산 또는 히드록시발레르산 또는 ε-카프로락톤과 같은 유도체와 같이 산 및 알콜 작용기를 갖는 빌딩 블럭으로 부터 제조된 에스테르 부분, 또는 F)와 G)로 부터 제조된 혼합물 또는 공중합체 및L) 선형 또는 고리형 지방족 2염기성 아민, 테트라 메틸렌디아민, 헥사메틸렌디아민, 이소포론디아민과 같은 소량의 고작용성 아민, 선형 또는 고리형지방족 2염기성산, 숙신산 또는 아디프산과 같은 소량의 고작용성 산으로 부터 제조되는 아미드 부분, 또는M) ω-라우롤락탐, 특히 ε-카프로락탁과 같은 산 및 아민 작용기를 갖는 빌딩 블록으로 부터 제조되는 아미드, 또는 L)과 M)의 혼합물인 아미드로 부터 제조되는 지방족 폴리에스테르 아미드로서, 에스테르 부분 I 또는 K)는 I), K), L) 및 M) 총량의 30중량% 이상인 지방족 폴리에스테르 아미드.
- 제 5 항 내지 7 항중 한 항에 있어서, 가소제 또는 팽윤제와 다른 소수성 생분해성 폴리머가 1,2-에탄디올, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,4-부탄디올 및 1,6-헥산디올에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 디올과 테레프탈산과 같은 적어도 하나의 방향족 디카르복실산 및 아디프산 또는 세바스산과 같은 적어도 하나의 지방족 디카르복실산을 축중합시켜서 수득된 폴리에스테르 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 재료.
- 제 5 항 내지 9 항중 한 항에 있어서, 가소제 또는 팽윤제와 다른 소수성 생분해성 폴리머가 폴리락트산, 폴리히드록시부티르산, 폴리히드록시벤조산, 폴리히드록시부티르산-히드록시발레르산 공중합체 또는 폴리카프로락톤과 같은 지방족 폴리에스테르 또는 코폴리에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 재료.
- 제 5 항 내지 10 항중 한 항에 있어서, 가소제 또는 팽윤제와 다른 소수성 생분해성 폴리머가 다음에서 선택된 폴리머임을 특징으로 하는 폴리머 재료:에틸렌 글리콜, 1,4-부탄디올, 1,3-프로판디올, 1,6-헥산디올, 또는 디에틸렌글리콜과 같은 디알콜; 옥살산, 아디프산, 또는 숙신산과 같은 디카르복실산; 이의 에스테르(메틸, 에틸); 카프로락톤과 같은 락톤과 히드록시카르복실산; 에탄올아민, 프로판올아민과 같은 아미노알콜; 카프로락탐 또는 라우롤락탐과 같은 고리형 락탐; 아미노카프로산과 같은 ω-아미노카르복실산; 아디프산, 숙신산과 같은 디카르복실산과 헥사메틸렌디아민, 디아미노부탄과 같은 디아민으로 부터 제조된 혼합물(1:1 염)과 같은 모노머의 합성으로 수득가능한 300이상, 특히 1000이상의 분자량을 가지는 올리고머형 폴리에스테르 아미드와 1000이상, 특히 10,000이상의 분자량을 갖는 폴리머형 폴리에스테르 아미드.
- 제 1 항 내지 11 항중 한 항에 있어서, 가소제, 안정화제, 방염제, 셀룰로오스 에스테르, 셀룰로오스, 폴리히드록시부티르산, 소수성 단백질, 폴리비닐 알콜, 젤라틴, 제인, 폴리사카라이드, 폴리락티드, 폴리비닐아세테이트, 폴리아크릴레이트, 당알콜, 셀락, 카세인, 지방산 유도체, 식물성 섬유, 레시틴 또는 키토산과 같은 또다른 생분해성 바이오폴리머와 같은 다른 성분을 첨가제 또는 충진재로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 폴리머재료.
- 열가소성 전분에 기초한 폴리머 재료 제조방법에 있어서, 천연전분 또는 이의 유도체와 같은 전분이 가소제 또는 팽윤제와 함께 용융물 상태로 균질화 되며 혼합동안 또는 이전에 물함량이 혼합물 중량에 대해서 5중량% 미만, 특히 1중량% 미만이며 사용되는 가소제 또는 팽윤제가 적어도 하나의 소수성 생분해성 폴리머임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 열가소성 전분에 기초한 폴리머 재료 제조방법에 있어서, 천연전분이나 이의 유도체와 같은 전분이 용융물 상태에서 블록 폴리머와 같은 소수성 생분해성 폴리머와 혼합되며 소수성 폴리머는 전분 또는 이의 유도체와 반응하며 반응생성물은 추가 생분해성 폴리머 또는 또다른 소수성 생분해성 폴리머의 첨가로서 균질 폴리머 용융물을 형성하기 위한 상용화제로서 작용함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 제 13 항 또는 14 항에 있어서, 천연전분이나 이의 유도체를 열가소성 전분으로 전환시키는 가소제 또는 팽윤제가 지방족 폴리에스테르, 지방족 블록과 방향족 블록을 갖는 코폴리에스테르, 폴리에스테르 아미드, 폴리에스테르 우레탄, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 폴리머, 폴리글리콜, 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 15 항중 한 항에 있어서, 혼합동안 또는 이전에 물함량이 0.5중량% 미만, 특히 0.1중량% 미만으로 감소됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 16 항중 한 항에 있어서, 용융물 혼합이 120 내지 260℃, 특히 140 내지 210℃의 온도범위에서 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 13 항 내지 17 항중 한 항에 있어서, 혼합이 압출기 또는 반죽기에서 이루어지며 용융물을 다이에서 꺼낸후 수조에서 냉각 및 조절되어서 이후에 과립화됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 과립형 폴리머 재료를 글리세롤, 소비톨 또는 물과 같은 가소제로 블로우-압출공정 이전에 조절하는 단계를 포함하는 제 1 항 내지 12 항에 청구된 폴리머 재료로 부터 블로우잉된 필름을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 과립형 폴리머 재료가 1 내지 6중량%의 물함량을 가지게 조절되고 이후에 블로우-압출되어 필름을 형성하고 생성된 필름이 40% 이상의 상대습도를 갖는 환경에서 제조후 즉시 저장됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 과립형 재료를 압출 또는 사출성형하기 위해 물함량이 1.0중량%, 특히 0.4중량%까지 감소됨을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1 내지 12 에 청구된 폴리머 재료 가공방법.
- 청구항 1 내지 12 항에 청구된 폴리머 재료로 구성된 층을 포함하며 하나 이상의 층을 가지는 필름.
- 고온 압연에 의해 수득되는 적어도 하나의 적층된 복합 필름을 포함하며 청구항 1 내지 12 항에 청구된 폴리머 재료로 제조된 층과 종이를 포함하는 신축성 포장 필름.
- 청구항 1 내지 12 항에 청구된 폴리머 재료로 구성되며 블로우 몰딩에 의해 제조된 용기 또는 병.
- 청구항 1 내지 12 항에 청구된 폴리머 재료로 구성된 섬유, 모노필라멘트, 얀, 로프, 코드, 플록, 와딩, 직물, 펠트 또는 부직포와 같은 제품.
- 청구항 1항 내지 12 항에 청구된 폴리머 재료와 청구항 25 에 청구된 제품으로 구성된 담배 필터와 같은 필터재료.
- 기저귀, 위생 냅킨, 붕대, 음란 제품, 침대삽입물과 같은 청구항 1 내지 12 에 청구된 폴리머 재료로 구성된 부직포 또는 백쉬이트를 가지는 위생제품.
- 청구항 1 내지 12 에 청구된 폴리머 재료나 이의 알콜용액으로 구성된 접착제.
- 청구항 1 내지 12 에 청구된 폴리머 재료나 이의 알콜 용액으로 구성된 함칭용 코팅.
- 청구항 1 내지 12항에 청구된 폴리머 재료로 구성된 군사작전 또는 훈련용 시설.
- 통행불가 지역을 횡단할 수 있도록 군사지대나 도시에 사용되는 청구항 1 내지 12에 청구된 폴리머 재료로 구성된 횡단 보조대 또는 접는 도로.
- 하나 이상의 층을 가지며 청구항 1 내지 12 에 청구된 폴리머 재료로 구성되며 청구항 13 내지 18 에 청구된 방법으로 제조되며 원료의 가소화와 필름의 제조가 단일단계로 연속 수행되는 평평한 필름 또는 블로우잉된 필름 제조방법.
