Claims (13)
- 제1 단계에서 습식야금 배지내에서 더 쉽게 공격받는 물질로 섬아연석을 전환하기 위해 광석 또는 농축물을 열처리시키고, 제2 단계에서 상기 물질을 침출시킴으로써 광석 또는 농축물을 함유하는 섬아연석으로부터 아연을 회수하는 방법에 있어서,상기 열처리는 섬아연석이 적어도 부분적으로 섬유아연석으로 변성되는 조건하에서 실시되는 가열 사이클과, 상기 섬유아연석이 저온에서 적어도 부분적으로 보존되도록 하는 조건하에서 실시되는 급속냉각 사이클로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 섬아연석으로부터의 아연회수방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 비산화조건하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 900℃ 이상, 바람직하게 1020℃ 이상에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 급속냉각 사이클은 물내 또는 상기 습식야금 배지내에서 담금질함으로써 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제2 단계는 산성 용액내에서 침출하는 것으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 산성 용액은 염산 및/또는 황산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 침출은 비산화조건하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,침출시 발생된 H2S는 회수되어 다른 화학적 단위작업에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 침출은 산화제로서 O2또는 Cl2를 갖는 것과 같은 산화조건하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 9 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 침출은 NH4 +이온의 존재하에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항, 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 침출은 중성 용액 또는 알칼리 용액내에서 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제2 단계에서 얻은 용액이 정제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,아연은 전기분해에 의해 상기 용액으로부터 회수되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
