Claims (10)
- 50 내지 500㎛의 변들을 갖는 사각형의 바닥으로 병렬되는 두 개의 정사면체를 포함하여 50 내지 500㎛의 모서리 길이를 갖는 정팔면체를 구성하고 있는 이중 피라미드 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 변형된 말티톨 결정.
- 제 1항에 따른 말티톨 결정을 필수적으로 포함하고, 87%이상, 바람직하게는 92%이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 96%이상의 말티톨 함량, 및 건조 물질의 중량에 대하여 1%미만의 말토트리톨 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 말티톨 조성물.
- 87%이상, 바람직하게는 92%이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 96%이상의 말티톨 함량, 및 건조 물질 중량에 대하여 1%미만의 말토트리톨 함량을 갖는 말티톨 시럽을 결정화시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제 2항에 따른 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 100 내지 400㎛의 길이 및 20 내지 100㎛의 폭을 갖는 사면체를 구성하는 평면으로 마무리된 사방정계 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 변형된 말티톨 결정.
- 제 4항에 따른 말티톨 결정을 필수적으로 포함하고, 87%이상, 바람직하게는 92%이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 96%이상의 말티톨 함량, 및 4%이상의 말토트리톨 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 말티톨 조성물.
- 87%이상, 바람직하게는 92%이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 96%이상의 말티톨 함량, 및 건조물질 중량에 대하여 4%이상의 말토트리톨 함량을 갖는 말티톨 시럽을 결정화시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제 5항에 따른 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 및 제 4항에 따른 말티톨 결정을 포함하고, 87%이상, 바람직하게는 92%이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 96%이상의 말티톨 함량, 및 건조물질의 중량에 대하여 1% 내지 4%의 말토트리톨 함량을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 결정성 말티톨 조성물.
- 87%이상, 바람직하게는 92%이상, 더욱 바람직하게는 96%이상의 말티톨 함량, 및 건조물질 중량에 대하여 1% 내지 4%의 말토트리톨 함량을 갖는 말티톨 시럽을 결정화시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 제 7항에 따른 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
- 결정화될 말티톨 시럽의 말토트리이톨 함량을 조절하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 말티톨 결정의 형태를 조절하는 방법.
- 말티톨 결정의 형태를 변형 또는 조절하는데 말토트리이톨을 사용하는 방법.
