Description
Claims (12)
- 비교적 저온의 유동층 반응기 내에서 폐기물을 기화시키는 단계;상기 유동층 반응기 내에서 생성된 기체상 물질 및 차르(char)를 고온 연소기로 도입하는 단계;비교적 고온의 상기 고온 연소기 내에서 합성 가스를 생성하는 단계;상기 고온 연소기에서 생성된 상기 합성 가스를 급냉(quenching)하는 단계;상기 합성 가스 내의 CO 및 H2O를 CO2및 H2로 전환하는 단계; 및CO2를 제거하여 H2를 회수하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는, 기화를 통한 폐기물 처리 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유동층 반응기 및 상기 고온 연소기 내에서 기화시키는 상기 단계가 10 내지 40atm의 압력 범위 하에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 회수된 H2를 암모니아 제조에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,공기를 산소와 질소로 분리하여, 분리된 산소를 상기 유동층 반응기 및 상기 고온 연소기 내에서 기화제로 사용하고, 분리된 질소는 암모니아 제조에 사용하는 단계를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 유동층 반응기의 유동층 내의 상기 비교적 저온이 450 내지 650℃의 온도 범위이고, 상기 유동층 반응기의 프리보드(freeboard) 내의 온도가 600 내지 800℃의 온도 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 고온 연소기 내의 상기 비교적 고온이 1300℃이상의 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 비교적 저온에서 폐기물을 기화하여 기체상 물질 및 차르를 생성시키는 유동층 반응기;비교적 고온에서 합성 가스을 생성시키는 고온 연소기;상기 합성 가스를 급냉하는, 물을 포함하는 급냉실;상기 합성 가스 내의 CO 및 H2O를 CO2및 H2로 전환시키는 전환기; 및H2를 회수하도록 CO2를 흡수하는 흡수기를 포함하여 이루어지는, 기화를 통한 폐기물 처리 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 유동층 반응기 및 상기 고온 연소기 내의 기화가 10 내지 40atm의 압력 범위 하에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 회수된 H2를 암모니아 제조에 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 9항에 있어서,공기를 산소와 질소로 분리하여, 분리된 산소는 상기 유동층 반응기 및 상기 고온 연소기 내에서 기화제로 사용하고, 분리된 질소는 암모니아 제조에 사용하도록 하는 분리기를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 유동층 반응기의 유동층 내의 상기 비교적 저온이 450 내지 650℃의 온도 범위이고, 상기 유동층 반응기의 프리보드(freeboard) 내의 온도가 600 내지 800℃의 온도 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 7항에 있어서,상기 고온 연소기 내의 상기 비교적 고온이 1300℃이상의 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
