도 2는 본 발명의 바이오 복합체의 제조방법의 일 실시예를 설명하기 위한 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예 1에 따라 제조된 젤라틴-갈산의 복합체의 결합 확인을 위한 FT-IR과 1H NMR 분석 결과를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 1에 따라 제조된 그래핀 산화물-구리 나노입자와 바이오 복합체의 형태를 분석하기 위한 TEM(Transmission Electron Microscopy) 이미지이다.
도 5는 갈산 첨가 유무에 따른 바이오 복합체의 안정성을 분석하기 위한 도면이다.

Claims (10)
- EDC(1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide) 및 NHS(NHydroxysuccinimide) 가교제를 통해 젤라틴과 갈산이 결합된 제1 복합체 및
그래핀 산화물의 표면 또는 내부에 항균 특성을 갖는 금속 나노입자가 결합된 제2 복합체를 포함하고,
상기 제1 복합체 및 상기 제2 복합체를 워터-인-오일(water-in-oil)방법을 이용하여 결합하여 제조되며,
상기 젤라틴과 상기 갈산의 함량은 80:1 내지 210:1 중량비이고, 상기 갈산의 함량이 증가할수록 상기 금속 나노입자의 이온 방출 속도가 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는,

상기 금속 나노입자는 은(Ag), 구리(Cu), 아연(Zn) 및 티타늄(Ti)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나인 것인,

그래핀 산화물이 분산된 용액에 항균 특성을 갖는 금속 나노입자 전구체 용액과 환원제를 첨가하여 제2 복합체를 제조하는 제2 단계;
상기 제1 복합체가 용해된 용액에 제2 복합체를 첨가하여 제2 복합체가 분산된 혼합용액을 제조하는 제3 단계; 및
상기 혼합용액을 워터-인-오일(water-in-oil)방법을 이용하여 바이오 복합체를 제조하는 제4 단계를 포함하고,
상기 제1 단계에서 EDC(1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide) 및 NHS(NHydroxysuccinimide) 가교제를 통해 젤라틴과 갈산이 결합하여 제 1 복합체가 제조되며,
상기 바이오 복합체는 상기 젤라틴과 갈산의 함량은 80:1 내지 210:1 중량비이고, 갈산의 함량이 증가할수록 상기 금속 나노입자의 이온 방출 속도가 감소하는 것을 특징으로 하는,
