Claims (10)
- 유기 수지 기판을 반송하기 위한 캐리어 유리로서,
판두께 0.1~1.2㎜의 평판형상이며,
유리 중의 철 함유량이 Fe2O3 환산으로 45~130질량ppm이며,
또한 파장 308㎚에 있어서의 판두께 방향의 투과율이 71~81%이며,
질량%비 (MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO)/Al2O3가 0.90~1.4이며,
BaO를 5~13질량% 함유하고,
P2O5를 0~1질량% 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 유리. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
유리 조성 중의 Li2O+Na2O+K2O의 함유량이 0.20질량% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 유리. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
β-OH값이 0.20/㎜ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 유리. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
유리 조성으로서 하기 산화물 환산의 질량%로 SiO2 55~65%, Al2O3 15~23%, B2O3 0~7%, Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0~0.20% 미만, MgO 0~6%, CaO 0.1~10%, SrO 0~10%, BaO 5~13%, Fe2O3 60~130ppm, As2O3 0~0.010% 미만, Sb2O3 0~0.010% 미만, P2O5 0~1%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 유리. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상온으로부터 5℃/분의 속도로 승온하여 500℃에서 1시간 유지하고, 5℃/분의 속도로 강온했을 때의 열 수축률이 20ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 유리. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
액상 온도가 1300℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 유리. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
고온 점도 102.5dPa·s의 점도에 있어서의 온도가 1700℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 유리. - 캐리어 유리와 유기 수지 기판을 적층시킨 유리 수지 적층체로서,
캐리어 유리가 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 캐리어 유리인 것을 특징으로 하는 유리 수지 적층체. - 유기 수지 기판을 반송하기 위한 캐리어 유리의 제조 방법으로서,
유리 조성으로서 하기 산화물 환산의 질량%로 SiO2 55~65%, Al2O3 15~23%, B2O3 0~7%, Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0~0.20% 미만, MgO 0~6%, CaO 0.1~10%, SrO 0~10%, BaO 5~13%, Fe2O3 45~130질량 ppm, As2O3 0~0.010% 미만, Sb2O3 0~0.010% 미만, P2O5 0~1% 를 함유하며, 또한 파장 308㎚에 있어서의 판두께 방향의 투과율이 71~81%이며, 질량%비 (MgO+CaO+SrO+BaO)/Al2O3가 0.90~1.4인 유리가 얻어지도록 유리 배치를 조합하는 조합 공정과, 조합된 유리 배치에 대하여 가열 전극에 의한 통전 가열을 행함으로써 용융 유리를 얻는 용융 공정과, 얻어진 용융 유리를 오버플로우 다운드로우법에 의해 판두께 0.1~1.2㎜의 평판형상으로 성형하는 성형 공정을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 유리의 제조 방법. - 제 9 항에 있어서,
MgO 도입 원료와 CaO 도입 원료 유래의 철 함유량이 Fe2O3 환산으로 30~70질량ppm이 되도록 유리 배치를 조합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 캐리어 유리의 제조 방법.
