Description
(1)熱処理工程で成膜された半導体物質中にアルカリイオンが拡散する事態を防止するため、アルカリ金属酸化物の含有量が少ないこと、
(2)ガラス板を低廉化するため、生産性に優れること、特に耐失透性や溶融性に優れること、
(3)p-Si・TFTの製造工程において、熱収縮を低減するため、歪点が高いこと、
(4)搬送工程での自重撓みを軽減するため、比ヤング率が高いこと。
が0.05%未満の場合を指す。
3以上、30.5GPa/g・cm-3以上、特に31GPa/g・cm-3以上である。比ヤング率が高いと、ガラス板が自重で撓み易くなる。

X:ガラス肉厚(mm)
T1:参照波長3846cm-1における透過率(%)
T2:水酸基吸収波長3600cm-1付近における最小透過率(%)
Claims (11)
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 55~70%、Al2O3 15~25%、B2O3 2.6~5%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0~0.5%、MgO 0~4%、CaO 3~11%、SrO 0~4%、BaO 0~11%を含有し、質量%比でSiO2/Al2O3が2.88~3.07であり、比ヤング率が29.5GPa/g・cm -3 より大きく、液相温度が1310℃より低く、歪点が715℃より高いことを特徴とするガラス。
- ガラス組成として、質量%で、SiO2 55~70%、Al2O3 15~25%、B2O3 2.6~4%、Li2O+Na2O+K2O 0~0.1%未満、MgO 0~3%、CaO 4~10%、SrO 1~4%、BaO 4~11%を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガラス。
- 質量%比でSiO2/Al2O3が2.90~3.07であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のガラス。
- 質量%比でCaO/BaOが4.0以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~3の何れかに記載のガラス。
- 更にSnO2を0.001~1質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項1~4の何れかに記載のガラス。
- 比ヤング率が30GPa/g・cm -3 以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~5の何れかに記載のガラス。
- 高温粘度102.5dPa・sにおける温度が1650℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載のガラス。
- 液相温度が1280℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~7の何れかに記載のガラス。
- 液相温度における粘度が104.2dPa・s以上であることを特徴とする請求項1~8の何れかに記載のガラス。
- 平板形状であり、板厚方向の中央部にオーバーフロー合流面を有することを特徴とする請求項1~9の何れかに記載のガラス。
- 有機ELデバイスに用いることを特徴とする請求項1~10の何れかに記載のガラス。
