Abstract
Description
도 2는 실시예 2 (IE2) 및 비교예 3 (CE3)의 온도 프로파일이며, 비교예 3의 에틸렌계 폴리머의 제조 동안 나타난 심각한 반응기 오염을 보여준다.
도 3은 비교예 1 및 2 (CE1 및 CE2)에서 에틸렌계 폴리머의 생산 전, 동안 및 후의 겔 성능을 기록한 그래프이다.
도 4는 실시예 1 및 3 (IE1 및 IE3)에서 에틸렌계 폴리머의 생산 전, 동안 및 후의 겔 성능을 기록한 그래프이다.
Claims (10)
- 에틸렌계 폴리머의 형성 방법으로서,
에틸렌 및 적어도 1종의 사슬 이동제(CTA) 시스템을 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 중합시키는 단계를 포함하되,
상기 중합이 적어도 1종의 유리 라디칼 개시제의 존재 하에 일어나며;
상기 중합이 적어도 3개의 반응 구역을 갖는 적어도 하나의 관형 반응기를 포함하는 반응기 배열에서 일어나며;
적어도 2개의 반응 구역이 에틸렌 공급물을 수용하고;
상기 방법에 의해 형성된 에틸렌계 폴리머의 제1 반응 구역 내 중합도(DP) 및 장쇄 분지화 빈도(LCBf)는 하기 관계를 만족시키고:
DP ≤ (5/LCBf)×3150
상기 방법에 의해 형성된 상기 에틸렌계 폴리머가,
(A) LCBf ≥ (4.7 + 0.5*log(I2)); 및
(B) 0.2 내지 25 dg/min의 I2
의 특성을 포함하고,
상기 에틸렌계 폴리머는 에틸렌계 폴리머의 중량을 기준으로 다량의 중합된 에틸렌을 포함하며, 용융 지수(I2)는 ASTM D 1238, 조건 190℃/2.16 kg에 따라 측정되고;
상기 제1 반응 구역 내 중합도(DP)는 제1 반응 구역으로 개시제 시스템을 도입한 후에 1 m 거리, 0.1초의 경과된 시간 및 1℃ 온도 증가 이내의 공정 조건을 사용하여 제1 반응 구역의 시작 부분에서 계산되는, 에틸렌계 폴리머의 형성 방법. - 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제1 반응 구역 내 중합도가 (5/LCBf)*3100 이하인, 에틸렌계 폴리머의 형성 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2개의 반응 구역으로의 상기 에틸렌 공급물이 새로운 에틸렌인, 에틸렌계 폴리머의 형성 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 적어도 2개의 반응 구역으로의 상기 에틸렌 공급물이 재활용 에틸렌인, 에틸렌계 폴리머의 형성 방법.
- 청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 제1 반응 구역이 1,900 bar 내지 2,700 bar의 입구 압력을 갖는, 에틸렌계 폴리머의 형성 방법.
- ◈청구항 6은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 방법에 의해 형성된 상기 에틸렌계 폴리머가 0.914 g/cc 내지 0.923 g/cc의 밀도를 갖는, 에틸렌계 폴리머의 형성 방법.
- ◈청구항 7은(는) 설정등록료 납부시 포기되었습니다.◈청구항 1 또는 2에 있어서, 상기 방법에 의해 형성된 상기 에틸렌계 폴리머가 에틸렌 호모폴리머 또는 저밀도 폴리에틸렌(LDPE)인, 에틸렌계 폴리머의 형성 방법.
