Abstract
Description
도 2는 실시예 1의 수지 조성물이 충전된 시린지로부터 연속적으로 토출된 수지 조성물의 상태를 나타내는 사진이다.
도 3은 비교예 1의 수지 조성물이 충전된 시린지로부터 간헐적으로 토출된 수지 조성물의 상태, 즉, 토출 끊김이 발생하고 있는 상태를 나타내는 사진이다.
Claims (8)
- 시린지와, 시린지 내에 충전된 수지 조성물과, 플런저를 포함하고,
상기 수지 조성물이 보이드를 함유하며,
상기 수지 조성물의 체적에 대한 상기 보이드의 체적 비율은, 1.0체적ppm∼520체적ppm이고,
상기 보이드의 최대 직경이 2,500㎛ 이하인,
수지 조성물이 충전된 시린지. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 보이드의 평균 직경이 200㎛∼400㎛ 이하인,
수지 조성물이 충전된 시린지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물이 에폭시 수지 및 아크릴 수지로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 수지를 포함하는,
수지 조성물이 충전된 시린지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물이 회전 점도계를 이용하여, 25℃에서 200Pa·s 미만의 점도를 50rpm의 회전수로 측정했을 때, 및 200Pa·s 이상의 점도를 10rpm의 회전수로 측정했을 때, 2.5Pa·s∼650Pa·s의 점도를 갖는,
수지 조성물이 충전된 시린지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물에 있어서의 이하 (1)부터 (3) 중 어느 하나의 조건으로 측정된 틱소트로피 인덱스 TI1∼TI3이 0.8∼3.5인,
수지 조성물이 충전된 시린지:
(1) 회전 점도계를 이용하여 25℃에서 측정된 50rpm의 점도가 2.5Pa·s 이상 20Pa·s 미만의 범위 내이고, 5rpm의 점도와 50rpm의 점도의 비율인 틱소트로피 인덱스 TI1,
(2) 회전 점도계를 이용하여 25℃에서 측정된 50rpm의 점도가 20Pa·s 이상 200Pa·s 미만의 범위 내이고, 5rpm의 점도와 50rpm의 점도의 비율인 틱소트로피 인덱스 TI2,
(3) 회전 점도계를 이용하여 25℃에서 측정된 10rpm의 점도가 200Pa·s 이상 1,000Pa·s 이하의 범위 내이고, 1rpm의 점도와 10rpm의 점도의 비율인 틱소트로피 인덱스 TI3. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 시린지가 폴리프로필렌제 또는 폴리에틸렌제인,
수지 조성물이 충전된 시린지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 시린지의 용적이 1㎤∼600㎤인,
수지 조성물이 충전된 시린지. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항의 수지 조성물이 충전된 시린지를 -80℃∼0℃의 온도에서 보존하는 것을 포함하는,
수지 조성물이 충전된 시린지의 보존 방법.
