Claims (17)
- 자동 주사기(1)의 하우징(2)에 상대적으로 주사바늘 덮개(7)의 위치를 고정시키기 위한 덮개 체결부(17)로서,
- 주사바늘 덮개(7)에 배치되고, 반경 외측 방향으로 편향되는 덮개 빔(7.1)과,
- 하우징(2) 내부에 배치되는 멈춤부(2.12)와,
- 멈춤부(2.12)의 근위 측에 형성된 리세스(2.13)와,
- 하우징(2)에 결합되며, 하우징(2)에 상대적으로 주사바늘 덮개(7)의 원위 방향 병진 이동을 막도록 구성된 캡(11)
을 포함하며,
캡(11)이 제자리에 있을 때 적어도 덮개 빔(7.1)의 일 부분이 리세스(2.13) 안에 자리하고,
주사바늘 덮개(7)가 자동 주사기(1)의 하우징(2)에 상대적으로 체결된 이후, 덮개 빔(7.1)이 멈춤부(2.12)에 맞닿게 되는 것인 덮개 체결부(17). - 제1항에 있어서,
자동 주사기(1)가 체결 상태로 이동하였을 때, 상기 주사바늘 덮개(7)는 하우징(2)에 상대적으로 후퇴 위치로부터 연장 위치를 향해 원위 방향으로 이동하는 것인 덮개 체결부(17). - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 주사바늘 덮개(7)가 연장 위치로 이동하는 동안,
- 덮개 빔(7.1)의 상기 부분은 원위 방향(D)으로 리세스(2.13)를 지난 후 반경 내측 방향으로 방향 전환되고,
- 상기 덮개 빔(7.1)은 원위 방향(D)으로 멈춤부(2.12)를 지난 후 반경 외측 방향으로 이완되는 것인 덮개 체결부(17). - 제2항에 있어서,
자동 주사기(1)가 주사 자리에 가압되었을 때, 상기 주사바늘 덮개(7)가 하우징(2)에 상대적으로 사전-연장 위치로부터 후퇴 위치를 향해 근위 방향으로 이동하는 것인 덮개 체결부(17). - 제3항에 있어서,
자동 주사기(1)가 주사 자리에 가압되었을 때, 상기 주사바늘 덮개(7)가 하우징(2)에 상대적으로 사전-연장 위치로부터 후퇴 위치를 향해 근위 방향으로 이동하는 것인 덮개 체결부(17). - 제4항에 있어서,
주사바늘 덮개(7)가 후퇴 위치를 향해 이동하는 동안,
덮개 빔(7.1)의 상기 부분이 리세스(2.13)를 지나 근위 방향(P)으로 이동되는 것인 덮개 체결부(17). - 제5항에 있어서,
주사바늘 덮개(7)가 후퇴 위치를 향해 이동하는 동안,
덮개 빔(7.1)의 상기 부분이 리세스(2.13)를 지나 근위 방향(P)으로 이동되는 것인 덮개 체결부(17). - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
캡(11)이 없을 때, 상기 덮개 빔(7.1)은 최종 조립 전, 이완 상태로 멈춤부(2.12)에 맞닿아 있는 것인 덮개 체결부(17). - 제8항에 있어서,
최종 조립 시, 상기 캡(11)이 하우징(2)에 결함됨에 따라, 상기 캡(11)은 덮개 빔(7.1)과 체결되어 덮개 빔으로 하여금 멈춤부(2.12)와의 맞닿은 상태에서 벗어나 반경 내측 방향으로 방향 전환되도록 하여, 덮개 빔(7.1)이 근위 방향(P)으로 멈춤부(2.12)를 지날 수 있게 하는 것인 덮개 체결부(17). - 제9항에 있어서,
근위 방향(P)으로 멈춤부(2.12)를 지난 후, 덮개 빔(7.1)의 상기 부분은 반경 외측 방향으로 리세스(2.13) 안으로 이완되는 것인 덮개 체결부(17). - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 주사바늘 덮개(7)의 원위 부분에 배치되는 적어도 두 개의 덮개 빔(7.1)을 포함하는 덮개 체결부(17). - 제11항에 있어서,
상기 캡(11)이 제자리에 있을 때 주사바늘 덮개(7)가 내리눌려지는 것을 막기 위해 캡(11)과 상호작용하도록 구성된 다수의 구멍들(7.6)을 더 포함하며, 이때 상기 구멍들(7.6)은 주사바늘 덮개(7)의 원위 부분에 배치되는 것인 덮개 체결부(17). - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,

- 상기 전방측 부분(2.1)에 부착되는 캡(11)과,
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 덮개 체결부(17)
를 포함하는 자동 주사기(1). - - 제어 서브어셈블리를 제공하는 단계로서, 멈춤부(2.12)에 맞닿는 덮개 빔(7.1)으로 인해 근위 방향(P)으로의 이동에 대해(against) 체결된 하우징(2) 내부에 주사바늘 덮개(7)를 배치하는 것인, 제공 단계와,
- 캡(11)을 보호용 주사바늘 집(5)과 결합시키기 위해 캡(11)을 하우징(2)에 결합시키는 단계로서, 덮개 빔(7.1)이 리세스(2.13) 안에 놓이고 주사바늘 덮개(7)가 사전-연장 상태에 있게 될 때까지, 기정된 거리만큼 주사바늘 덮개(7)가 근위 방향(P)으로 이동하도록 주사바늘 덮개(7)를 해제시키는 것인, 결합 단계
