Claims (12)
- 전후 방향으로 돌출되는 형태로 형성된 전극 리드를 구비하고 좌우 방향으로 상호 적층된 복수의 이차전지를 구비하는 셀 어셈블리;
상기 셀 어셈블리의 전극 리드가 형성된 전방 또는 후방에 위치되고 판상의 본체부를 가진 버스바 프레임, 및 상기 버스바 프레임의 외측면에 탑재되고 상기 복수의 이차전지의 전극 리드를 서로 전기적으로 연결하도록 전도성 금속을 가진 버스바를 구비한 버스바 어셈블리;
상기 셀 어셈블리의 외측에 위치되고, 플레이트 형상으로 형성되며 외주부에 챔퍼가 형성된 플레이트부 및 상기 플레이트부의 외주부 중 일부위에는 상기 버스바 프레임의 본체부의 일단부와 결합된 결합부가 구비된 내부 커버; 및
양측이 개방된 관 형태를 가진 모듈 하우징;
을 포함하고,
상기 플레이트부는 눕혀진 형태의 사각 플레이트이고, 전, 후, 좌, 우 방향 각각의 단부에는 챔퍼가 형성되며,
상기 챔퍼는 상기 플레이트부의 외측으로 갈수록 내측 방향으로 경사진 구조를 가지고,
상기 모듈 하우징의 개방된 양측 말단에는 챔퍼가 형성되며,
상기 모듈 하우징에 형성된 상기 챔퍼는, 상기 내부 커버에 형성된 상기 챔퍼와 반대로, 상기 모듈 하우징의 양측 말단으로 갈수록 외측 방향으로 경사진 구조를 가진 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 모듈 하우징의 내측면에는 내측 방향으로 돌출되고 상기 모듈 하우징의 개방된 양측으로 길게 연장된 선형 돌기가 형성되며,
상기 내부 커버의 플레이트부의 외측면에는 상기 선형 돌기가 삽입되어 이동 가능하도록 내측 방향으로 내입되고 상기 선형 돌기가 연장된 방향으로 길게 연장된 가이드 홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 버스바 프레임의 본체부 일단부에는 상기 내부 커버의 결합부와 힌지 결합 구조로 결합되는 체결부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 버스바 프레임의 본체부는 내부 방향으로 돌출된 형태의 돌출부가 구비되고,
상기 내부 커버의 플레이트부는, 상기 버스바 프레임과 결합된 일단부에 상기 돌출부가 삽입되도록 내부 방향으로 만입된 삽입홈이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 배터리 모듈은 보호회로모듈을 더 포함하고,
상기 보호회로모듈은,
전후 방향으로 길게 연장된 형태이고 도선 패턴이 새겨진 인쇄회로기판; 및
상기 인쇄회로기판의 전후 방향의 양 단부에 형성되고, 상기 이차전지의 전압을 측정하도록 도선을 구비한 전압 센싱단자를 구비하며,
상기 내부 커버의 플레이트부의 내측 하면에는 상기 인쇄회로기판의 적어도 일부위가 삽입되도록 내부로 내입된 내입부가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 버스바 프레임의 본체부의 하단에는 상기 셀 어셈블리의 일부위를 상부 방향으로 지지하도록 내측 방향으로 돌출 연장된 받침판이 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 받침판은 적어도 일부분이 내측 방향으로 갈수록 폭이 점진적으로 줄어들어 가운데 부분이 첨예한 끝단 라인을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 받침판은 내측 방향의 말단으로 갈수록 두께가 얇아지는 경사 구조가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 모듈. - 제1항 및 제4항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 배터리 모듈을 적어도 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 팩.
- 제11항에 따른 배터리 팩을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차.
