Claims (9)
- 前方に突出したプレート状の電極リードを備える複数のバッテリーセルが上下方向に積層された形態で構成されたセルアセンブリであって、前記電極リードが、隣接した電極リード同士が上下方向に対面接触するように折り曲げられた形態で構成され、前記電極リードの前端の一部分から前方に突出した形態で構成された突出部、及び、対面接触した前記電極リードの間に備えられて電極リード同士を接合する接合部材を備える、セルアセンブリと、
電気伝導性材質で構成されて、前記突出部が嵌合されて前記突出部を囲みながら圧着するセンシング端子、及び前記センシング端子が載置されて支持される端子載置孔を備えるセンシング端子モジュールと、
を含むバッテリーモジュールであって、
前記接合部材が、前端に前記突出部が形成された前記電極リードの形態に対応するように、前記接合部材の前端の一部が前方に突出する形態で構成され、上下方向に隣接した突出部の間に備えられて突出部同士も接合する、バッテリーモジュール。 - 前記接合部材は、電気伝導性材質で構成されている、請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センシング端子は、前記突出部と密着して接触する接触端子部、及び前記接触端子部の両側から延びて前記突出部を囲みながら圧着する圧着端子部を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記接触端子部の内部には前記突出部の表面を加圧する加圧突起が形成されている、請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記電極リードが位置する前記セルアセンブリの側面に結合されて前記電極リードを覆うセンシングカバーをさらに含む、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センシングカバーには、前記突出部の突出方向に貫通して前記突出部が挿入される貫通孔が形成されている、請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 前記センシングカバーは、前記セルアセンブリに対向する側の反対側に前記センシング端子モジュールが載置されて支持されるモジュール載置部が形成されている、請求項5又は6に記載のバッテリーモジュール。
- 請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含むバッテリーパック。
- 請求項1から7のうちいずれか一項に記載のバッテリーモジュールを含む自動車。
