Claims (15)
- 에어로졸 발생 시스템을 위한 유체 투과성 히터 조립체로서,
기재를 관통하는 개구부를 포함하는 상기 기재,
상기 개구부 위에 배열된 실질적으로 평평한 전기 전도성 필라멘트 구조, 및
상기 필라멘트 구조를 상기 기재에 기계적으로 고정하는 클램핑 수단을 포함하고, 여기서 상기 클램핑 수단은, 전기 전도성을 가지고, 상기 필라멘트 구조를 통해 가열 전류를 제공하기 위한 전기적 접촉부로서 기능하는, 유체 투과성 히터 조립체. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트 구조를 상기 기재에 기계적으로 고정하는 상기 클램핑 수단은, 상기 기재에 폼-피트(form-fit) 클로저 또는 포스-피트(force-fit) 클로저를 제공하는, 유체 투과성 히터 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 수단은 상기 기재의 측방향 면의 일부분 위로 연장되어 있고, 탄성 레그들을 포함하되, 상기 탄성 레그들은 상기 기재의 최상부면에 대하여 상기 필라멘트 구조를 가압하고, 여기서 상기 필라멘트 구조와 기재는 상기 탄성 레그들 사이에서 배열되어 있는, 유체 투과성 히터 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 상기 필라멘트 구조를 수용하기 위한 오목부들 및 상기 오목부들 내의 상기 클램핑 수단을 포함하는, 유체 투과성 히터 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 수단은 상기 기재의 상기 오목부들 내에 삽입되는 스테이플형 요소인, 유체 투과성 히터 조립체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 오목부들 및 상기 스테이플형 요소들은 대응하는 비평면형인 접촉면들을 포함하는, 유체 투과성 히터 조립체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 오목부들은, 상기 기재의 최상부면의 적어도 일부분에 걸쳐 연장되어 있는 길이방향 오목부들, 상기 기재 내의 개별적인 관통 구멍들, 또는 상기 기재의 원주의 오목부들 중 하나 또는 조합인, 유체 투과성 히터 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 클램핑 수단은, 길이방향 오목부들 내에서 배열되어 있고 클램핑되는 탄성 레그 부분들을 포함하는, 유체 투과성 히터 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 필라멘트 구조는 메쉬를 형성하는 복수의 필라멘트를 포함하는, 유체 투과성 히터 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기재는 전기 절연성을 가지고 실질적으로 평평한, 유체 투과성 히터 조립체.
- 에어로졸 발생 시스템용 유체 투과성 히터를 조립하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 방법은,
기재를 제공하고 상기 기재를 관통하는 개구부를 제공하는 단계,
상기 기재의 개구부 위로 전기 전도성 필라멘트들을 배열하는 단계,
클램핑 수단에 의해 상기 필라멘트들을 상기 기재에 기계적으로 고정하는 단계, 및
상기 클램핑 수단을 통해 상기 필라멘트들에 전기적 접촉을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는, 방법. - 제11항에 있어서, 상기 기재에 오목부들을 제공하는 단계 및 상기 클램핑 수단을 상기 오목부들 내로 가압하는 단계를 더 포함하는, 방법.
