도 5는 Zn/Al/MgZn2 3원 공정 조직의 판정 및 면적 분율을 측정하는 방법을 설명하기 위한 도금층의 단면의 SEM의 반사 전자상(BSE상)이다.
Claims (12)
- 강판과, 상기 강판의 표면의 적어도 일부에 마련된 도금층을 갖는 도금 강판이며,
상기 도금층은 용융 도금법에 의해 형성되고,
상기 도금층이, 질량%로,
Al: 15% 내지 60%
Mg: 0.5% 내지 8.0%
Sn: 0.5% 내지 20.0%
Si: 0.05% 내지 1.50%
Bi: 0% 내지 5.0%,
In: 0% 내지 2.0%,
Ca: 0% 내지 3.0%,
Y: 0% 내지 0.5%,
La: 0% 내지 0.5%,
Ce: 0% 내지 0.5%,
Cr: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Ti: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Ni: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Co: 0% 내지 0.25%,
V: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Nb: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Cu: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Mn: 0% 내지 0.25%,
Sr: 0% 내지 0.5%,
Sb: 0% 내지 0.5%,
Pb: 0% 내지 0.5%,
B: 0% 내지 0.5%
를 함유하고, 잔부가 Zn 및 불순물로 이루어지는 화학 조성을 갖고,
또한, 상기 도금층이, 단면에서 측정하여 면적 분율 5 내지 65%인 입상 Mg2Sn상 함유 조직과, 면적 분율 35 내지 95%인 Zn 및 Al의 고용체를 포함하는 덴드라이트상 조직을 갖고,
상기 입상 Mg2Sn상 함유 조직이, Zn상과, 상기 Zn상 속에 분산된 결정 입경 1㎛ 미만인 입상 Mg2Sn상으로 이루어지는 조직이고,
상기 조직은 도금욕 온도로부터 320℃까지의 온도 영역의 냉각 속도를 10℃/s 이상으로 하고, 320℃부터 280℃까지의 온도 영역의 냉각 속도를 6℃/s 이하로 함으로써 얻어지는, 도금 강판. - 제1항에 있어서, 질량%로, 상기 Mg의 함유량이 0.5% 내지 3.0%, 상기 Sn의 함유량이 1.0% 내지 7.5%인, 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 질량%로, 상기 Al의 함유량이 20% 내지 60%, 상기 Mg의 함유량이 1.0% 내지 2.0%, 상기 Sn의 함유량이 1.0% 내지 5.0%, 및 상기 Si의 함유량이 0.05% 내지 1.0%인, 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입상 Mg2Sn상 함유 조직의 면적 분율이 20% 내지 60%인, 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입상 Mg2Sn상 함유 조직의 면적 분율이 30% 내지 60%인, 도금 강판.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도금층이, 상당원 직경 1㎛ 이상의 괴상 MgZn2상을 면적 분율로 0% 초과 20% 이하 갖는, 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도금층이, 상당원 직경 1㎛ 이상의 괴상 MgZn2상을 면적 분율로 0% 초과 5% 이하 갖는, 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도금층이, 상당원 직경 2㎛ 이상의 괴상 Zn상을 면적 분율로 0% 초과 20% 이하 갖는, 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 도금층이, 상당원 직경 2㎛ 이상의 괴상 Zn상을 면적 분율로 0% 초과 10% 이하 갖는, 도금 강판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 강판과 상기 도금층 사이에, 두께 100㎚ 내지 1.5㎛의 Al-Fe계 금속간 화합물로 이루어지는 계면 합금층을 더 갖는, 도금 강판.
