- 상부 보호재(A), 상부 보호재(A)측에 이용하는 봉지재(B), 태양 전지 소자(C), 백 시트(E)측에 이용하는 봉지재(D) 및 백 시트(E)를 포함하는 태양 전지 모듈로서, 봉지재(B)와 봉지재(D)가 하기 조건(P)를 만족하는 태양 전지 모듈:
조건(P): 하중 1kgf/cm2에서 측정한 봉지재(B)의 유동 개시 온도(TB)(℃)와 봉지재(D)의 유동 개시 온도(TD)(℃)가 다음 관계를 갖는다.
TB-TD > 0(℃) - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조건(P)가 하기 조건(P-1)인 태양 전지 모듈:
조건(P-1): 하중 1kgf/cm2에서 측정한 봉지재(B)의 유동 개시 온도(TB)(℃)와 봉지재(D)의 유동 개시 온도(TD)(℃)가 다음 관계를 갖는다.
50(℃) ≥ TB-TD ≥ 15(℃) - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 조건(P)가 하기 조건(P-2)인 태양 전지 모듈:
조건(P-2): 하중 1kgf/cm2에서 측정한 봉지재(B)의 유동 개시 온도(TB)(℃)와 봉지재(D)의 유동 개시 온도(TD)(℃)가 다음 관계를 갖는다.
40(℃) ≥ TB-TD ≥ 20(℃) - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지재(D)의 하중 1kgf/cm2에서 측정한 유동 개시 온도(TD)가 100℃ 이상인 태양 전지 모듈. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지재(D)의 하중 1kgf/cm2에서 측정한 유동 개시 온도(TD)가 110℃ 이상인 태양 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지재(B) 및 상기 봉지재(D)가 모두, ASTM 2765-95로 측정한 자일렌 가용물이 70질량% 이상이 되는 봉지재인 태양 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지재(B) 및 상기 봉지재(D) 중 적어도 한쪽이, 실레인 커플링제, 산화 방지제, 자외선 흡수제 및 내후 안정제로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 첨가제를 포함하는 태양 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지재(B)가, 적어도, 동적 점탄성 측정에 있어서의 진동 주파수 10Hz, 온도 20℃의 저장 탄성률(E')가 100MPa 미만인 연질층, 및 동적 점탄성 측정에 있어서의 진동 주파수 10Hz, 온도 20℃의 저장 탄성률(E')가 100MPa 이상인 경질층을 갖는 적층 구성인 태양 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 봉지재(D)가 백색 안료를 추가로 포함하는 태양 전지 모듈. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 상부 보호재(A)가 유리 판재이고, 상기 태양 전지 소자(C)가 단결정 실리콘형 및 다결정 실리콘형으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 태양 전지 모듈. - 상부 보호재(A), 상부 보호재(A)측에 이용하는 봉지재(B), 태양 전지 소자(C), 백 시트(E)측에 이용하는 봉지재(D) 및 백 시트(E)를 포함하는 태양 전지 모듈을 라미네이트하는 태양 전지 모듈의 제조 방법으로서, 하중 1kgf/cm2에서 측정한 봉지재(B)의 유동 개시 온도(TB)(℃)와 봉지재(D)의 유동 개시 온도(TD)(℃)가 상이한 것을 이용하고, 또한 라미네이트 시에, 두 봉지재 중 유동 개시 온도가 더 높은 봉지재를 열원측에 배치하는 태양 전지 모듈의 제조 방법.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,
상기 라미네이트 시의 라미네이트 설정 온도가 100∼135℃인 태양 전지 모듈의 제조 방법.
