- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유리 세라믹이 리튬 메타실리케이트를 주 결정상으로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비-소결된 블랭크.

(a) 분말 또는 입상물 형태의 리튬 실리케이트 유리를 프레스하여 유리 블랭크를 형성시키고,
(b) 유리 블랭크를 열-처리하여 리튬 메타실리케이트 유리 세라믹을 포함하는 예비-소결된 블랭크를 제조하도록 하고, 여기서 열-처리의 온도는,
(i) 500℃ 내지 800℃ 의 범위이고,
(ii) 상기 온도 범위의 상한과 하한의 차는 30도 이상이고, 상기 온도 범위 내의 상이한 온도에서 열처리에 의해 수득된 블랭크의 상대 밀도가 2.5% 미만까지 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 범위에 있는, 방법에 의해 제조되는 것인, 예비-소결된 블랭크. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유리 세라믹은
(a) 입자의 수에 대해, < 50 ㎛의 평균 입자 크기를 갖는 출발 유리의 분말을 20 내지 200 MPa의 압력에서 단축 또는 정수압 프레스하고,
(b) 수득된 유리 분말 미가공 압분체를
(i) 500℃ 내지 800℃ 의 범위이고,
(ii) 상기 온도 범위의 상한과 하한의 차는 30도 이상이고, 상기 온도 범위 내의 상이한 온도에서 열처리에 의해 수득된 블랭크의 상대 밀도가 2.5% 미만까지 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 범위에 있는 온도에서
5 내지 60분 동안 열-처리하는 경우 생성되는 상대 밀도를 갖는 예비-소결된블랭크. - (a) 분말 또는 입상물 형태의 리튬 실리케이트 유리를 프레스하여 유리 블랭크를 형성시키고,
(b) 유리 블랭크를 열-처리하여 리튬 메타실리케이트 유리 세라믹을 포함하는 예비-소결된 블랭크를 제조하도록 하고, 여기서 열-처리의 온도는,
(i) 500℃ 내지 800℃ 의 범위이고,
(ii) 상기 온도 범위의 상한과 하한의 차는 30도 이상이고, 상기 온도 범위 내의 상이한 온도에서 열처리에 의해 수득된 블랭크의 상대 밀도가 2.5% 미만까지 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 범위에 있는 것인,
제1항 또는 제2항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 예비-소결된 블랭크의 제조 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 단계 (a)에서 그의 착색 또는 반투명의 면에서 상이한 2개 이상의 리튬 실리케이트 유리를 사용하는 것인 예비-소결된 블랭크의 제조 방법.
- (i) 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 리튬 메타실리케이트 유리 세라믹을 포함하는 예비-소결된 블랭크를 기계 가공함으로써 성형하여 치아 복원물의 전구체를 형성시키고,
(ii) 전구체를 치밀-소결시켜 치아 복원물을 제조하도록 하는, 치아 복원물의 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서, 기계 가공이 컴퓨터-제어된 밀링 및/또는 분쇄 장치를 사용하여 수행되는 것인 치아 복원물의 제조 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 리튬 메타실리케이트 유리 세라믹을 포함하는 예비-소결된 블랭크는
(a) 분말 또는 입상물 형태의 리튬 실리케이트 유리를 프레스하여 유리 블랭크를 형성시키고,
(b) 유리 블랭크를 열-처리하여 리튬 메타실리케이트 유리 세라믹을 포함하는 예비-소결된 블랭크를 제조하도록 하고, 여기서 열-처리의 온도는,
(i) 500℃ 내지 800℃ 의 범위이고,
(ii) 상기 온도 범위의 상한과 하한의 차는 30도 이상이고, 상기 온도 범위 내의 상이한 온도에서 열처리에 의해 수득된 블랭크의 상대 밀도가 2.5% 미만까지 변화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 온도 범위에 있는, 방법을 수행하여 수득하는 것을 특징으로 하는 치아 복원물의 제조 방법. - 제12항에 있어서, 치아 복원물이 크라운, 지대치, 지대 크라운, 인레이, 온레이, 베니어, 쉘, 브릿지 및 과도구조체로부터 선택되는 것인 치아 복원물의 제조 방법.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유리 세라믹이 20 vol.-% 초과의 리튬 메타실리케이트 결정을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 예비-소결된 블랭크.
