Abstract
[해결수단] CaO-Al2O3-Fe2O3계로 이루어지고, Fe2O3의 함유량이 0.5~15 질량%이며, CaO·2Al2O3 구조를 가지는 칼슘페로알루미네이트 화합물을 함유하고, CaO/Al2O3 몰비가, 0.15~0.7의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 혼화재이다. 분말도가, 블레인 비표면적치로 2,000~7,000㎠/g인 것, 또한 잠재 수경성물질 및/또는 포졸란물질(포졸란물질 등)을 병용하는 것, 상기 포졸란물질 등이, 고로(高爐) 수쇄 슬래그 미분말, 플라이애쉬, 실리카퓸, 메타카올린, 펄프 슬러지 소각회(燒却灰), 하수 오니 소각회, 및 폐유리분말로 이루어지는 군(群)으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하여 이루어지는 것, 상기 칼슘페로알루미네이트 화합물과 포졸란물질 등의 배합비율이, 질량비로 10/1~1/10인 것이 바람직하다. 또한, 시멘트와, 상기 시멘트 혼화재를 함유하는 시멘트 조성물이다.

Claims (8)
- CaO-Al2O3-Fe2O3계로 이루어지고, Fe2O3의 함유량이 0.5∼15 질량%이며, CaO·2Al2O3 구조를 가지는 칼슘페로알루미네이트 화합물.
- 청구항 1에 기재된 칼슘페로알루미네이트 화합물을 함유하고, CaO/Al2O3 몰비가, 0.15∼0.7의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 혼화재.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,
분말도가, 블레인(Blaine) 비표면적치로 2,000∼7,000㎠/g인 시멘트 혼화재. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
잠재 수경성물질 및/또는 포졸란물질을 더욱 함유하는 시멘트 혼화재. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 잠재 수경성물질 및/또는 포졸란물질이, 고로(高爐) 수쇄 슬래그 미분말, 플라이애쉬, 실리카퓸, 메타카올린, 펄프 슬러지 소각회(燒却灰), 하수 오니 소각회, 및 폐유리분말로 이루어지는 군(群)으로부터 선택된 1종 또는 2종 이상을 함유하여 이루어지는 시멘트 혼화재. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 칼슘페로알루미네이트 화합물과 잠재 수경성물질 및/또는 포졸란물질의 배합비율이, 질량비로 10/1∼1/10인 시멘트 혼화재. - CaO/Al2O3 몰비가 0.15∼0.7이고 Fe2O3의 함유량이 0.5∼15 질량%가 되도록, CaO을 함유하는 원료, Al2O3을 함유하는 원료, 철을 함유하는 원료를 배합하여, 1400℃ 이상, 1600℃ 이하에서 열처리하여 얻어지는 클링커를, 블레인 비표면적치 2,000∼7,000㎠/g으로 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시멘트 혼화재의 제조방법.
- 시멘트와, 청구항 2 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 시멘트 혼화재를 함유하는 시멘트 조성물.
