Claims (72)
- 산화아연 상에 비유동화(immobilized) 된 것을 특징으로 하는 1,2-벤즈 이소티아졸린-3-온 또는 그 염(salt) 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1,2-벤즈 이소티아졸린-3-온 : 산화아연의 중량 비율이 1:20 내지 3:1 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비유동화 된 1,2-벤즈 이소티아졸린-3-온의 양이 1,2-벤즈 이소티아졸린-3-온 총량의 40% 내지 100%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 적외선 스펙트럼이 910, 899 및 797 cm-1 에서의 밴드(band)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물의 적외선 스펙트럼이 1645, 1055, 880 cm-1에서의 밴드를 포함하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 1,2-벤즈이소티아졸린-3-온/산화아연 착화합물이 0.8 μm 50% / 10 μm 95% 부터의 입자 크기 분포를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 항균제 및 살균 필름 보존제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 성분을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유기 결합제, 보조 용매, 공정 첨가제, 정착제(fixative), 가소제, 자외선 안정제(UV-stabilizer) 또는 안정성 증진제, 수용성 또는 비수용성 염료, 유색 안료, 건조제, 부식 억제제, 침강 방지제, 피막 형성 방지제, 및 카르복실산염기성 염 착화합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 보조제를 더 포함하는 조성물.
- 비유동화에 효과적인 양의 산화아연; 물, C1-C4 분지 또는 미분지 알코올, 또는 그 혼합물을 포함하는 액상(liquid phase) 성분; 및 상기 액상 성분에 용해되고, 1,2-벤즈이소티아졸린-3-온, 1,2-벤즈이소티아졸린-3-온의 염, 및 그 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 항균제;를 포함하는 산화아연 혼합물을 제공하는 단계; 그리고상기 항균제를 침전시켜 1,2-벤즈 이소티아졸린-3-온/산화아연의 착화합물을 생성하는 단계;로 이루어지는 1,2-벤즈 이소티아졸린-3-온/산화아연의 착화합물 제조 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 항균제 : 산화아연의 중량 비율이 1:20 에서 3:1 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 액상 성분이 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 액상 성분이 물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 액상 성분의 pH가 7 에서 8.5 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 산화아연 혼합물이 염화아연, 브롬화아연, 아세트산아연, 포름산아연, 질산아연 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 아연화합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
