Claims (28)
- 각 경우 하기 성분 a) 내지 c)의 총량 기준으로,분자당 평균 둘 이상의 알케닐기를 함유하는 하나 이상의 폴리오르가노실록산 a) 3 내지 99중량%,분자당 평균 둘 이상의 SiH기를 갖는 폴리히드로겐오르가노실록산 b) 0.2 내지 60중량%,50 내지 400m2/g의 BET-표면적을 갖는 산화성 충전제로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 충전제 c) 0.1 내지 60중량%,Pt, Ru, Rh, Pd, Ir 또는 Ni로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 금속 또는 상기 금속의 화합물을 포함하며, 1 내지 500 ppm의 금속 함량에 해당하는 하나 이상의 광활성 촉매 d),하나 이상의 보조제 e) 0 내지 30중량%를 포함하는,직경 3mm 이상의 구형(球形)을 포함 또는 수용할 수 있도록 하는 부피를 갖는 후벽 성형 제품을 제조하기 위한 광활성화 경화성 실록산 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리오르가노실록산 a)가 하기 식(I)의 알케닐기-함유 폴리오르가노실록산인 조성물:[Ma1Db1Tc1Qd1R2 e1]m1 (I)상기 식에서,M = R1R2SiO1/2,D = R1RSiO2/2,T = R1SiO3/2,Q = SiO4/2,R = C1-C12-알킬, C1-C12-알콕시(C1-C12)알킬, C5-C30-시클로알킬 또는 C6-C30-아릴, C1-C12-알킬(C6-C10)아릴, 이때 기 R은 경우에 따라 하나 이상의 F-원자에 의해 치환될 수 있고/있거나 하나 이상의 -O-기를 함유할 수 있고,R1은 R이거나, 하나 이상의 O-원자가 존재할 수 있고(에테르기에 해당) 하나 이상의 F-원자에 의해 치환될 수 있는 C2-C12-알케닐기이고,R2는 2가 지방족 C1-C14-알킬렌기 또는 고리형 C3-C14-알킬렌기, 또는 C6-C14-아릴렌 또는 알킬렌아릴기이고, 이들은 각각 2개의 실록시 단위 M, D 또는 T를 가교시키고,m1 = 1-1000a1 = 1-10b1 = 0-3000c1 = 0-50d1 = 0-1e1 = 0-300.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폴리히드로겐오르가노실록산 b)가 하기 일반식(II)의 선형, 고리형 또는 분지형 SiH기 함유 폴리히드로겐오르가노실록산인 조성물:[Ma4Db4Tc4Qd4R2 e2]m3 (II)상기 식에서,M = R3R2SiO1/2,D = R3RSiO2/2,T = R3SiO3/2,Q = SiO4/2,R = C1-C12-알킬, C1-C12-알콕시(C1-C12)알킬, C5-C30-시클로알킬 또는 C6-C30-아릴, C1-C12-알킬(C6-C10)아릴, 이때 상기 기 R은 하나 이상의 F-원자에 의해 치환될 수 있고/있거나 하나 이상의 -O-기를 함유할 수 있으며,R3은 R이거나 또는 수소이고,R2는 2가의 지방족 C1-C14-알킬렌기 또는 고리형 C3-C14-알킬렌기, 또는 C6-C14-아릴렌- 또는 알킬렌아릴기이고, 이들은 각각 2개의 실록시 단위 M, D 또는 T를 가교시키며,m3 = 1 내지 1000a4 = 1 내지 10b4 = 0 내지 1000c4 = 0 내지 50d4 = 0 내지 1e2 = 0 내지 300.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광활성 촉매 d)가 하나 이상의 시그마-결합된 알킬기 또는 아릴기를 갖는 금속 화합물인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광활성 촉매 d)가 백금-화합물인 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광활성 촉매 d)가 (η5-메틸시클로펜타디에닐)트리메틸-백금인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화성 충전제가 하나 이상의 반응성 실란으로 표면 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 산화성 충전제가 다음과 같은 단계를 포함하는 방법을 통해 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물:a. 하나 이상의 반응성 실란 i)과 하나 이상의 산화성 충전제를 경우에 따라 물의 존재하에서 혼합하는 단계,b. 상기 혼합물에 포함된 저비점 성분을 분리하는 단계,c. 물을 첨가하지 않고, 하나 이상의 반응성 실란 ii)을 첨가하는 단계, 및 경우에 따라 상기 혼합물을 가열하는 단계.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 200 내지 500 nm 범위의 파장을 갖는 광에 의해 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 그 표면이 석영 또는 UV-투과성 합성 수지로 구성되는 UV 투과성 재료로 이루어진 하나 이상의 영역을 포함하는 금형에 충전되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 조사 시간이 상기 경화성 실록산-조성물의 겔 시간보다 짧고, 그 결과 얻어진 유동성 조성물이 금형으로 이송되거나 또는 기판 상에 도포된 다음, 추가 조사없이 경우에 따라 고온에서 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 금형으로 이송되기 전 또는 기판에 도포되기 전에 먼저 조사 처리된 광경화성 조성물이 하나 이상의 안료 및/또는 충전제와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 고전압 절연체, 현장-성형-가스켓, 보형용 성형 제품 또는 주조 제품, 또는 등각-코팅(conformal coating) 제품을 제조하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 후벽의 성형 제품 또는 코팅 제품은 10mm의 두께에서 측정한 광투과율이 10% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 정의되어 있는 광활성화 경화성 조성물을 200 내지 500 nm 범위의 파장의 광으로 조사하며, 이때 상기 조사 시간이 겔 시간보다 짧고, 수득되는 조성물이 금형으로 이송되거나 또는 기판 상에 도포된 다음, 추가 조사없이 경우에 따라 고온에서 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 직경 3mm 이상의 구형을 포함 또는 수용할 수 있도록 하는 부피를 갖는 후벽 성형 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 금형으로 이송되기 전 또는 기판에 도포되기 전에 먼저 조사 처리된 광활성화 경화성 조성물이 하나 이상의 안료 및/또는 충전제와 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 정의되어 있는 광활성화 경화성 조성물을 표면이 석영 또는 UV-투과성 합성 수지로 구성되는 UV 투과성 재료로 이루어진 하나 이상의 영역을 포함하는 금형에 충전하고, 200 내지 500 nm 범위의 파장을 갖는 광을 이용하여 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 직경 3mm 이상의 구형을 포함 또는 수용할 수 있도록 하는 부피를 갖는 후벽 성형 제품의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 광활성화 경화성 조성물의 광활성화는 UV-조사에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제18항에 있어서, 크세논 램프, 수은 증기 램프, 흑색광 램프 및 엑시머 램프로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 UV-광원을 이용하여 광활성화를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제17항에 따른 방법에 따라 수득되는 후벽 성형 제품 또는 코팅 제품.
- 제20항에 있어서, 고전압 절연체 또는 현장-성형-가스켓인 후벽 성형 제품.
- 제20항에 있어서, 10mm의 두께에서 측정한 광투과율이 10% 미만인 후벽 성형 제품 또는 코팅 제품.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 광활성화는 UV-조사에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광활성화 경화성 실록산 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 크세논 램프, 수은 증기 램프, 흑색광 램프 및 엑시머 램프로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 UV-광원을 이용하여 광활성화를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광활성화 경화성 실록산 조성물.
