- 내부에 냉매가 유동하는 복수의 미세유로가 형성되는 적어도 2 이상의 튜브 단위체, 상기 적어도 2 이상의 튜브 단위체를 폭 방향으로 연결하는 연결플레이트 및 상기 연결플레이트에 일체형으로 형성되는 적어도 하나의 냉각편을 갖는 적어도 1회 이상 밴딩되는 냉매튜브;와
상기 냉매튜브와 외부 냉매관을 연결하는 연결부재가 포함되어 이루어지며,
상기 연결부재의 일측에는 상기 냉매튜브의 튜브 단위체가 삽입 고정될 수 있도록 대응되는 수의 연결관이 구비되고, 내부에는 내부 공간을 분할하여 상기 각 연결관 및 튜브 단위체로 냉매를 고르게 분배 유입시키기 위한 적어도 하나의 가이드가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 냉각편은 상기 연결플레이트의 일정 면적이 타발(打拔)되어 상기 연결플레이트의 표면으로부터 절곡 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 튜브 단위체와 연결플레이트 외주면에 밀착 고정되는 적어도 하나의 냉각핀을 더 포함하는 열교환기. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 냉매튜브는 폭 방향으로 경사지면서 코일형상으로 밴딩되어 고정 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열교환기. - 삭제
