Description

Claims (27)
- 애노드, 캐소드 및 로듐, 이리듐, 팔라듐, 백금, 은 또는 금으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 인광성 발광체로 도핑되는 적어도 하나의 매트릭스 재료를 포함하는 적어도 하나의 발광층을 포함하며,상기 애노드 측 상의 상기 발광층은 도전층에 바로 인접하고, 상기 매트릭스 재료는, 방향족 치환기를 가지는 케톤, 인화수소 산화물 및 술폭시드의 클래스로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스 재료 또는 상기 인광성 발광체 중 어느 하나가 10,000 g/mol 미만의 분자량을 갖는 저분자량으로 정의된 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스 재료와 상기 인광성 발광체 양자가 10,000 g/mol 미만의 분자량을 갖는 저분자량으로 정의된 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 애노드 측 상의 상기 발광층이 인접하는 상기 도전층은 유기 또는 유기금속 정공-주입층인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 애노드 측 상의 상기 발광층이 인접하는 상기 도전층은 상기 애노드인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,정공-저지층들 및 전자-수송층들 및 전자-주입층들 중 적어도 하나를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 발광층은 정공-저지층의 사용 없이 상기 전자-수송층에 바로 인접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 발광층은 정공-저지층 및 전자-수송층의 사용 없이 상기 캐소드 또는 상기 전자-주입층에 바로 인접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,2 개 이상의 발광층이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 발광층은 1 nm 내지 300 nm 의 층 두께를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,존재하는 상기 인광성 발광체는 36 보다 크고 84 보다 작은 원자 번호를 갖는 적어도 하나의 원자를 포함하는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.

- 제 1 항 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스에서의 상기 인광성 발광체의 도핑 정도가 0.5 내지 50 % 인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스 재료의 유리 전이 온도 Tg 가 100 ℃ 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스 재료는 30 nm 의 필름 두께에서 380 nm 와 750 nm 사이의 가시 스펙트럼 영역 내에서 0.2 미만의 흡광도를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스 재료의 최저 트리플렛 에너지는 2 eV 와 4 eV 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스 재료는 전자 전도 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스 재료는 가역성 환원을 우세하게 나타내거나 또는 안정성 자유 라디칼 음이온을 우세하게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 매트릭스 재료의 전자 이동도가 10-10 cm2/V?s 와 1 cm2/V?s 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 유기 전계발광 디바이스.
