도 4는 바실러스 서브틸리스 KCTC 11454BP 배양시간에 따른 항보체활성의 변화를 나타낸다.
도 5은 녹용 비발효 추출물의 투여시 IL-6 생산량을 나타낸다.

- 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis) KCTC 11454BP로 발효시킨 녹용의 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 면역기능 증강용 약학적 조성물.
- 제 3항에 있어서,
상기 약학적 조성물은 면역자극제를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역기능 증강용 약학적 조성물.
- 녹용을 바실러스 서브틸리스(Bacillus subtilis) KCTC 11454BP로 발효시키는 단계;및
상기 녹용 발효물을 추출하는 단계를 포함하는 면역기능 증강용 식품 조성물의 제조방법.
