Claims (22)
- (I) (A) 화학식 A로 나타내어지는 불소 함유 에테르,
(B) (B1) 불소 함유 환상 카르보네이트 및 (B2) 불소 함유 락톤으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 불소 함유 용매, 및
(C) (C1) 비불소계 환상 카르보네이트 및 (C2) 비불소계 쇄상 카르보네이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 비불소계 카르보네이트
를 포함하는 전해질염 용해용 용매, 및
(II) 전해질염을 포함하고,
전해질염 용해용 용매 (I)이, 용매 (I) 전체에 대하여, 불소 함유 에테르 (A)를 20 내지 60체적%; 불소 함유 용매 (B)를 0.5 내지 45체적%; 비불소계 환상 카르보네이트 (C1)을 5 내지 40체적%, 또는 비불소계 쇄상 카르보네이트 (C2)를 10 내지 74.5체적%, 또는 비불소계 환상 카르보네이트 (C1) 5 내지 40체적%와 비불소계 쇄상 카르보네이트 (C2) 10 내지 74.5체적%를 포함하는, 전해액.
<화학식 A>
식 중, Rf1 및 Rf2는 동일하거나 또는 상이하고, Rf1은 탄소수 3 내지 6의 불소 함유 알킬기, Rf2는 탄소수 2 내지 6의 불소 함유 알킬기이다. - 제1항에 있어서, 화학식 A로 나타내어지는 불소 함유 에테르 (A)의 불소 함유율이 40 내지 75질량%이며, 화학식 A 중, Rf1 및 Rf2는 동일하거나 또는 상이하고, Rf1이 탄소수 3 또는 4의 불소 함유 알킬기이고, Rf2가 탄소수 2 또는 3의 불소 함유 알킬기인 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에테르 (A)의 비점이 67 내지 120℃인 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 불소 함유 에테르 (A)가 HCF2CF2CH2OCF2CFHCF3, CF3CF2CH2OCF2CFHCF3, HCF2CF2CH2OCF2CF2H 및 CF3CF2CH2OCF2CF2H로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비불소계 환상 카르보네이트 (C1)이 에틸렌카르보네이트, 비닐렌카르보네이트 및 프로필렌카르보네이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이며, 비불소계 쇄상 카르보네이트 (C2)가 디메틸카르보네이트, 디에틸카르보네이트 및 메틸에틸카르보네이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (D) 인산 에스테르를 전해질염 용해용 용매 (I) 중에 1 내지 10체적% 포함하는 전해액.
- 제6항에 있어서, 인산 에스테르 (D)가 (D1) 불소 함유 알킬 인산 에스테르인 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
(E) (E1) 화학식 E1로 나타내어지는 불소 함유 카르복실산염, 및
(E2) 화학식 E2로 나타내어지는 불소 함유 술폰산염으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 계면 활성제를 전해질염 용해용 용매 (I) 전체에 대하여 0.01 내지 2질량% 포함하는 전해액.
<화학식 E1>
식 중, Rf7은 탄소수 3 내지 12의 에테르 결합을 포함할 수 있는 불소 함유 알킬기; M+는 Li+, Na+, K+ 또는 NHR'3 +(R'는 동일하거나 또는 상이하고, 모두 H 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬기)이다.
<화학식 E2>
식 중, Rf8은 탄소수 3 내지 10의 에테르 결합을 포함할 수 있는 불소 함유 알킬기; M+는 Li+, Na+, K+ 또는 NHR'3 +(R'는 동일하거나 또는 상이하고, 모두 H 또는 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬기)이다. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 프로피온산 에스테르를 1 내지 30체적% 포함하는 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 방향족 화합물을 0.1 내지 5체적% 포함하는 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전해질염 (II) 농도가 0.5 내지 1.5몰/리터인 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전해질염 (II)가 LiPF6 또는 LiBF4인 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 전해질염 (II)가,
(IIa) LiN(SO2CF3)2 및 LiN(SO2CF2CF3)2로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 전해질염을 포함하는, 전해액. - 제13항에 있어서, 전해질염 (IIa)가 LiN(SO2CF3)2인 전해액.
- 제13항에 있어서, (IIb) LiPF6 및 LiBF4로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 전해질염을 더 포함하는 전해액.
- 제15항에 있어서, 전해질염 (IIa) 농도가 0.1 내지 0.9몰/리터, 전해질염 (IIb) 농도가 0.1 내지 0.9몰/리터이고, 전해질염 (IIb) 농도/전해질염 (IIa) 농도가 1/9 내지 9/1인 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 리튬 이온 이차 전지용인 전해액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 전해액을 구비하는 전기 화학 디바이스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 전해액을 구비하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제19항에 있어서, 정극, 부극 및 세퍼레이터를 더 구비하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제20항에 있어서, 정극에 사용되는 정극 활물질이 코발트계 복합 산화물, 니켈계 복합 산화물, 망간계 복합 산화물, 철계 복합 산화물 및 바나듐계 복합 산화물로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
- 제20항에 있어서, 부극에 사용되는 부극 활물질이 탄소 재료인 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
