Claims (9)
- 특정 공기 비율의 값에 의존하는 점화 장치에 의해 실제 온도가 생성되며, 상기 특정 공기 비율의 값이 1일 때 최대 동작온도를 가지며, 팬을 가진 가스 버너인 점화장치에 동작 변수들을 설정하는 방법에 있어서,소정 공기 질량 흐름(mL)을 제어하고;상기 최대 온도에 대응하는 가스 질량 흐름을 확립하고;원하는 위생적인 연소를 위한 상기 위생적인 공기 비율에 대한 희망하는 값을 정의하고;상기 가스 질량 흐름의 일정한 공급을 유지하면서 상기 원하는 위생적인 연소를 위한 위생적 공기 비율에 대한 희망하는 값에 의해 상기 소정의 공기 질량 흐름을 변화시켜 상기 원하는 위생적인 연소를 제어하며;원하는 공기 비율에 대응하는 다른 공기 질량 흐름에서 원하는 온도를 측정하고;상기 원하는 공기 비율에서 공기 질량 흐름 및 원하는 온도사이의 상관관계를 나타내는 특성 라인을 확립하고;상기 특성 라인을 사용하여 제1 공기 질량 흐름에서 특정한 버너 부하에 대응하는 제1의 원하는 온도로 상기 실제 온도를 조정하고;부하 변화가 생길 때 상기 특성 라인을 사용하여 상기 제1 공기 질량 흐름과 다른 제1 공기 질량 흐름에서 상기 제1의 원하는 온도와 다른 제2의 원하는 온도로 상기 실제 온도를 조정하는 단계들을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 점화장치의 동작변수 설정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 위생적인 공기 비율에 대한 상기 위생적인 희망하는 값에 대응하는 상기 공기 질량 흐름은 상기 팬의 통풍기 속도 변화에 의해 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점화장치의 동작변수 설정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 공기 질량 흐름 또는 상기 가스 질량 흐름은 질량 흐름 센서에 의해 각각 측정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 점화장치의 동작변수 설정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 최대온도에 대응하는 상기 가스 질량 흐름은 상기 최대 온도에 대응하는 값에 대한 상기 가스 질량 흐름의 반복적인 근사값에 의해 확립된 것을 특징으로 하는 점화장치의 동작변수 설정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 위생적인 공기 비율의 원하는 값은 1.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 점화장치의 동작변수 설정방법.
