Description
도 2는 본 발명에 적용되는 녹색 형광체의 발광 스펙트럼의 일례를 종래의 녹색 형광체와 비교하여 도시하는 도면이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시 형태에 의한 조명 기구의 구성을 도시하는 평면도이다.
도 4는 도 3에 도시된 조명 기구의 변형예를 도시하는 평면도이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예에 의한 백색 LED 램프의 밝기와 투명 수지층의 반경의 관계를 도시하는 도면이다.

Claims (15)
- 피크 파장이 300nm 이상 430nm 이하의 범위의 광을 출사하는 반도체 발광 소자와,
상기 반도체 발광 소자의 적어도 발광면을 덮도록 배치되고, 상기 발광면 위의 두께가 0.4mm 이상 10mm 이하의 범위의 형상을 갖는 투명 수지층과,
상기 투명 수지층 위에 직접 형성됨과 함께, 녹색 형광체, 청색 형광체 및 적색 형광체를 포함하고, 상기 반도체 발광 소자로부터 출사된 광에 의해 여기되어 백색광을 발광하는 형광체층을 구비하고,
상기 형광체층은 상기 녹색 형광체로서,
[화학식 1]
(식에서, R은 Sc, Y, La, Gd 및 Lu로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내고, x 및 y는 0.03<x<0.3, 0.03<y<0.3을 만족하는 수이다)
로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 3가의 세륨 및 테르븀에 의해 활성화된 희토류 붕산염 형광체를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명용 백색 발광 램프. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광체층은 상기 청색 형광체로서,

(식에서, M1은 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내고, x는 0.001<x<0.5를 만족하는 수이다)
로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 2가의 유로퓸에 의해 활성화된 클로로인산염 형광체, 및
[화학식 3]
(식에서, M2는 Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba, Zn, Li, Rb 및 Cs로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 나타내고, a, b 및 x는 0<a, 0<b, 0.2≤a/b≤1.5, 0.001<x<0.5를 만족하는 수이다)
로 표시되는 조성을 갖는 2가의 유로퓸에 의해 활성화된 알루민산염 형광체로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명용 백색 발광 램프. - 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 수지층은 적어도 상기 발광면 위의 두께가 1mm 이상 10mm 이하의 범위의 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명용 백색 발광 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 수지층은 기판 위에 실장된 상기 반도체 발광 소자 전체를 덮는 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명용 백색 발광 램프.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 투명 수지층은 상기 반도체 발광 소자 전체를 덮도록 상기 기판 위에 반구 형상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명용 백색 발광 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 형광체층은 상기 녹색 형광체, 청색 형광체 및 적색 형광체를 함유하는 수지층을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명용 백색 발광 램프.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 녹색 형광체, 상기 청색 형광체 및 상기 적색 형광체는 각각 평균 입경이 1μm 이상인 입자 형상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명용 백색 발광 램프.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반도체 발광 소자는 발광 다이오드 또는 레이저 다이오드를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명용 백색 발광 램프.
- 제1항에 기재된 조명용 백색 발광 램프를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 기구.
- 제12항에 있어서, 기판과, 상기 기판 위에 배치된 복수의 상기 조명용 백색 발광 램프를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 기구.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 조명용 백색 발광 램프는 상기 기판 위에 매트릭스 형상으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 기구.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 조명용 백색 발광 램프는 상기 기판 위에 직선 형상으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 기구.
