Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조에 사용된 삽입링의 사시도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 3은 양막 및 주형 복합체의 평면도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 4는 양막 및 주형 복합체를 선반을 이용하여 회전 절삭 가공하는 방식을 나타낸 것이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따라 제조된 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 사진이다.
도 6은 양막 가운데에 시야 확보를 위한 구멍을 형성시킨 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 평면도를 나타낸 것이다.
도 7은 양막 가운데에 시야 확보를 위한 구멍을 형성시킨 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 사진이다.

Claims (15)
2) 양막이 얹혀진 상기 볼록부에 링을 끼워 상기 링을 원통부의 옆면까지 끼우는 단계;
3) 상기 양막을 가교결합 처리하는 단계: 및
4) 상기 주형의 볼록부와 원통부 간의 라인 경계상에 위치한 양막을 절단하여, 렌즈 형상의 양막을 얻는 단계
를 포함하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 주형의 원통부는 8 내지 22 mm의 직경을 가지며, 상기 볼록부는 6.0 내지 10.0 mm의 곡률반경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 주형은 아크릴, 아세탈, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(Teflon), 스테인레스 스틸 또는 티타늄으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 주형은 원통부 옆면까지 끼워진 상기 링을 받치는 받침부를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 양막은 인간 또는 소로부터 수득한 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 양막은 세척된 양막 또는 세포를 제거한 양막인 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 양막이 두 겹 이상 주형의 볼록부에 중첩되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 링이 아크릴, 아세탈, 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌(Teflon), 폴리우레탄, 고무, 실리콘 또는 퍼플러로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 가교결합 처리가 자외선 조사 또는 탈수 열처리(dehydrothermal treatment)에 의해 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 가교결합 처리가 카르보디이미드(carbodiimide), EDC(또는 EDAC; 1-에틸-3-(3-디메틸아미노프로필)카르보디이미드), 글루타르알데하이드(glutaraldehyde), 포름알데하이드(formaldehyde), 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트(hexamethylene diisocyanate, HMDI), 덱스트란(dextran) 또는 글루코스 용액에 침지시켜 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 절단이 선반(lathe) 및 레이저를 이용하여 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 단계 4) 이후에 양막 드레싱을 감마선 조사에 의해 멸균하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 단계 1) 이후 양막의 중앙에 직경 1 내지 7 mm 크기의 원형의 구멍을 형성시키거나, 직경 100 내지 1,000 μm의 둘 이상의 구멍을 형성시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
상기 단계 이후에, 하나 이상의 양막을 덧씌우는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 콘택트 렌즈 형태의 양막 드레싱의 제조 방법.
