Claims (8)
- 서지보호기 케이스(130) 내부에 설치되는 바리스터(110)가 일정 온도 이상이 되면, 전원을 차단하는 서지보호기(100)의 전원차단장치에 있어서, 상기 전원차단 장치는 상기 바리스터(110)의 열판(111)에 부착하여 전기를 통전시키는 판스프링 (121)과 단자(122)로 구성되는 것으로, 상기 판스프링(121) 하부단부를 상기 단자(122)와 결합하며, 또한 상기 판스프링(121)은 중간에 돌출부(123)가 형성되고, 상기 돌출부(123)가 바리스터(110)의 열판(111)에 접촉 또는 분리되되,
상기 돌출부(123)는 판스프링(121)의 일부가 ‘⊃’자 형상으로 절곡되고 절곡된 부분이 바리스터(110)의 열판(111) 표면에 부착되며,
상기 바리스터(110)의 열판(111)에 판스프링(121)을 부착하여 전기를 통전시키는 접착물은 연납이며,
또한, 상태표시물(140)의 하부에 결합홈(142)이 형성되고, 상기 결합홈(142)에 판스프링(121)의 상단이 결합되는 것이며,
또한, 상기 판스프링(121) 상단에는 상태표시물(140)이 결합되고, 상기 서지보호기 케이스(130) 상면에는 상태표시물(140)의 색상을 확인할 수 있는 점검홀(131)이 형성되어 있으므로, 상기 바리스터(110)가 일정온도 이상이 되면 연납이 녹아 판스프링(121)의 돌출부(123)가 바리스터(110)의 열판에서 이격되어 바리스터(110)와 단자(122) 사이의 전기가 차단된 것을 알 수 있으며,
또한, 상기 상태표시물(140)은 판재 형상 또는 막대 형상이며, 상면에는 다수 개의 칼라색층(141)이 인쇄되어져 있으므로, 좌, 우측으로 이동되는 경우 각각 다른 색상이 점검홀(131)에 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호기의 전원차단장치 - 삭제

- 제1항에 있어서, 서지보호기 케이스(130) 내부 상부벽면에는 상태표시물 가이드로드(150)가 좌우 수평으로 설치되어 있어서 상태표시물(140)이 상기 가이드로드(150) 상면에서 좌우방향으로 수평으로 슬라이딩하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호기의 전원차단장치
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바리스터(110)의 열판(111)과 판스프링(121) 사이에는 차단막 파트(160)가 설치되되, 상기 차단막 파트(160)의 설치높이는 상단이 판스프링(121) 돌출부(123)의 하면과 맞닿는 높이로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 서지보호기의 전원차단장치
