Claims (6)
- 밸브작용 금속으로 이루어진 양극과, 구리를 함유하여 에칭된 음극과, 상기 양극과 상기 음극의 사이에 개재하는 세퍼레이터로 구성된 콘덴서 소자와,상기 콘덴서 소자에 함침하고, 아졸환 화합물과 구리 이온의 착염을 0.01 중량% 이상 2.0 중량% 이하 포함한 전해액을 구비한 전해 콘덴서.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 아졸환 화합물이 이미다졸, 1-메틸이미다졸, 벤즈이미다졸, 벤조트리아졸 중 적어도 1종을 포함한, 전해 콘덴서.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 전해액은,γ-부티로락톤, γ-부티로락톤과 술포란의 혼합물, 물과 에틸렌글리콜의 혼합물 중 어느 하나를 용매로서 포함한, 전해 콘덴서.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 양극, 상기 음극의 주재료가 알루미늄인, 전해 콘덴서.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 양극과 상기 음극과 상기 세퍼레이터가 권회되어서 상기 콘덴서 소자가 구성되어 있는, 전해 콘덴서.
