Claims (1)
- 전기로내에서 용강 제조시 발생되는 더스트를 더스트 투입장치를 이용하여 상기 전기로내로 재투입시킨 후, 더스트 내의 잔존하는 철을 회수함으로써 더스트를 재활용하는 전기로의 재활용 방법에 있어서,호퍼에 저장된 미립의 더스트는 더스트 배출수단에 의하여 유입관의 일측으로 상기 더스트가 배출되는 단계;상기 유입관의 타측으로는 환원재가 유입되는 단계;상기 유입관을 통해 유입된 상기 더스트와 상기 환원재는 전기로 내부에 동시에 투입될 수 있도록 배출관에서 합쳐지는 단계; 그리고상기 배출관에서 합쳐진 상기 더스트와 상기 환원재는 랜스를 통해 상기 전기로 내부로 투입되는 단계가 포함되어 이루어지며 상기 전기로의 용강제조 공정중 2차용해가 끝난뒤 장입된 고철이 80% 내지 90% 용해된 시점 이후에 상기 전기로 내측으로 투입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기로의 더스트 재활용 방법.
