Description
Claims (19)
- 기재와, 이 기재에 대하여 박리 가능하며, 핫멜트 접착성 입자를 포함하고, 소정의 가열 온도에서 형성된 잉크 수용 전사층을 포함하는 전사 시트로서, 상기 핫멜트 접착성 입자가 상기 가열 온도를 초과하는 융점을 갖는 제1 미립자와, 상기 가열 온도 이하의 융점을 갖는 제2 미립자를 포함하는, 전사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 미립자의 융점이 80 ℃를 초과하며, 제2 미립자의 융점이 80 ℃ 이하인 전사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 미립자의 융점과 제2 미립자의 융점 차이가 10 ℃ 이상인 전사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 미립자의 융점이 100 내지 120 ℃이며, 제2 미립자의 융점이 60 내지 80 ℃인 전사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 미립자가 상기 잉크 수용 전사층의 두께보다도 큰 평균 입경을 갖는 전사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 미립자의 평균 입경이 30 내지 100 ㎛ 인 전사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 미립자와 제2 미립자의 비율(중량비)이 전자/후자 = 99/1 내지 80/20인 전사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 미립자 및 제2 미립자가 폴리아미드계 미립자를 포함하는 전사 시트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리아미드계 미립자가 나일론 11 및 나일론 12로 구성된 단량체 단위로부터 선택된 1종 이상의 단량체 단위를 갖는 폴리아미드, 또는 다이머산과 디아민과의 반응에 의해 생성되는 폴리아미드인 전사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핫멜트 접착성 입자는 융점이 100 내지 120 ℃이고 평균 입경이 40 내지 80 ㎛인 제1 폴리아미드계 미립자와, 융점이 60 내지 80 ℃인 제2 폴리아미드계 미립자를 포함하고, 제1 폴리아미드계 미립자와 제2 폴리아미드계 미립자의 비율(중량비)이 전자/후자 = 95/5 내지 80/20인 전사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크 수용 전사층이 추가로 성막성 수지 성분을 포함하는 전사 시트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 성막성 수지 성분이 친수성 고분자, 우레탄계 수지 및 열경화성 수지로 구성되는 군 또는 친수성 고분자, 우레탄계 수지 및 가교성 수지로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 1종 이상을 포함하는 전사 시트.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 잉크 수용 전사층이 추가로 염료 정착제를 포함하는 전사 시트.
- 제13항에 있어서, 성막성 수지 성분 100 중량부에 대하여 핫멜트 접착성 입자를 10 내지 10000 중량부, 염료 정착제를 1 내지 200 중량부의 비율로 포함하는 전사 시트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 잉크 수용 전사층은 평균 입경 40 내지 80 ㎛이고 융점이 100 내지 120 ℃인 제1 폴리아미드계 미립자와, 융점이 60 내지 80 ℃인 제2 폴리아미드계 미립자를 포함하는 핫멜트 접착성 입자; 폴리옥시알킬렌글리콜계 수지; 폴리에스테르형 우레탄계 수지; 및 양이온성 화합물을 포함하고, 또한 제1 폴리아미드계 미립자와 제2 폴리아미드계 미립자의 비율(중량비)이 전자/후자 = 95/5 내지 80/20이고, 전사층은 폴리옥시알킬렌글리콜계 수지 및 폴리에스테르형 우레탄계 수지의 합계 100 중량부에 대하여 핫멜트 접착성 입자를 10 내지 5000 중량부, 양이온성 화합물을 5 내지 150 중량부의 비율로 포함하는 전사 시트.
- 제15항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌글리콜계 수지와 폴리에스테르형 우레탄계 수지의 비율(중량비)이 전자/후자 = 90/10 내지 10/90인 전사 시트.
- 기재의 이형성면에 제1 핫멜트 접착성 미립자와 제2 핫멜트 접착성 미립자로 구성된 도포제를 도포하고, 제1 미립자의 융점 미만이고 제2 미립자의 융점 초과인가열 온도에서 건조하여 전사층을 형성하는 것을 포함하는, 기재 및 전사층을 포함하는 전사 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 제1 핫멜트 접착성 미립자는 융점이 80 ℃를 초과하며 평균 입경 30 내지 100 ㎛이고, 제2 핫멜트 접착성 미립자는 융점이 80 ℃ 이하인 전사 시트의 제조 방법.
- 잉크젯 기록 방식으로 제1항 기재의 전사 시트의 전사층에 화상을 기록하고, 전사층을 피전사체와 접촉시키고, 전사층을 가열하고, 전사층을 기재로부터 박리시켜 기록 화상을 피전사체에 전사하는 것을 포함하는, 기록 화상을 피전사체에 전사하는 방법.
