Abstract
Description
3차원 물품의 층형성은, 각 층을 형성하는 동안 또는 상이한 전체 층 또는 복수층에 상이한 액체가 상형성방향으로 분사되거나/분무되어, 상이한 강도 및 가요성 특성을 얻을 수 있도록 실시될 수 있다.
Claims (37)
- 분말층을 규정하는 공정;액체 시약을, 모델의 각 단면층에 상응하는 패턴으로, 분말층에 도포하는 공정; 및상기 단계를 반복하여 연속층을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는, 물품의 모델에 따라 순차적인 단면층으로된 3차원 물품을 형성하는 방법에 있어서,상기 분말은 유기 또는 유기금속 중합체, 올리고머 또는 단량체 또는 그의 블렌드로부터 선택된 제1 반응성 성분을 포함하고 또 상기 액체는 반응성기를 갖는 점도 저하 희석제 및 제2 활성 성분을 포함하며, 이때 상기 제2 활성 성분은 경화성 수지를 포함하고, 제1 반응성 성분과 반응할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 3차원 물품을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물품에 보이드가 존재하지 않는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물품에 분말 잔재가 존재하지 않는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분말은 제1 반응성 성분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모델은 디지털 모델인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분말층이 제1물질을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 제1층 및 상기 제1물질과 상이한 제2물질을 포함하는 적어도 하나의 제2층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1액체가 적어도 하나의 제1분말층에 도포되고, 제2액체가 적어도 하나의 제2분말층에 도포되며, 상기 제1분말층 및 제2분말층이 상이한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다수의 상이한 액체를 단일 분말층에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 물품을 조사하는 공정을 추가로 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 물품은 화소 마다(pixel by pixel), 라인 마다(line by line) 또는 층 마다(layer by layer) 불규칙적으로 또는 집단적으로 조사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 2층 이상이 형성된 후 물품을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 모든 층이 형성된 후 물품을 조사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 노즐이 잉크젯 프린트헤드와 동등한 노즐세트를 포함하는 잉크젯 프린터 또는 장치의 부품을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제20항에 있어서, 상기 노즐이 압전체 잉크젯 기술 원리를 기본하여 동작하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 상기 노즐 개구의 크기는 0.01 내지 100 ㎛ 범위이고 및/또는 도포된 방울의 크기는 0.1 내지 200 ㎛ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제19항에 있어서, 화소 방울의 갯수를 변화시키거나 및/또는 화소당, 도포된 라인당 및/또는 층당 도포된 액체를 변화시키는 공정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분말은 유기 또는 무기 충전제, 안료, 나노입자, 염료 및/또는 계면활성제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체 중의 희석제는 분말을 팽윤시키거나 및/또는 용해시킬 수 있는 반응성 기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체가 착색되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체는 실리카, 유기 코어-쉘(마이크로-유제로 제조), 금속 또는 합금과 같은 콜로이드성 또는 나노-입자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체의 점도는 실온에서 2 내지 500 cps 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 상기 액체의 점도가 30 cps 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체는 65 내지 75℃ 범위의 온도에서 분사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 희석제는 30 내지 60 부피% 범위로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분말에 도포된 분말 모두가 반응하여 고체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 도포된 분말층의 두께가 1.0 내지 30 ㎛ 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
