Claims (9)
- 유효부분과 이 유효부분의 외주(外周)에 마련된 외주부분을 가지는 성형품을 성형하는 수지성형방법으로서,게이트 차단용 핀을, 금형장치의 형 개폐방향과 수직인 방향으로 후퇴시켜서, 상기 금형장치의 캐비티 내에 수지를 충전하고,이 게이트 차단용 핀을, 이 캐비티 내에서 수지가 고화(固化)되어 이 성형품의 외주면 이상(以上) 물려 들어가게 하며 또한 이 유효부분의 직전에서 정지시키고,이 캐비티 내의 수지를 냉각하여 고화시키고,상기 핀을, 금형장치의 형 개폐방향과 수직인 방향으로 후퇴시켜서, 이 성형품의 이 외주면보다 외측까지 이동하고,상기 금형장치를 열어서 상기 성형품을 꺼내는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지성형방법.
- 삭제
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 핀을 후퇴시키는 단계에 있어서, 상기 핀이 후퇴하여 정지하는 위치는, 상기 핀에 의한 게이트의 차단을 유지할 수 있는 위치인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지성형방법.
- 유효부분과 이 유효부분의 외주에 마련된 외주부분을 가지는 성형품을 사출성형하기 위한 금형장치로서,닫혔을 때에 이 성형품의 외형을 구획 형성하는 캐비티를 형성하는 가동금형 및 고정금형과,이 고정금형의 분리면에서 개구(開口)하는 게이트와,이 게이트 내에서 이 금형장치의 형 개폐방향과 수직인 방향으로 이동가능하며, 이 게이트를 개방 및 차단하는 핀을 가지며,상기 핀의 위치는, 상기 분리면 이상(以上)으로 상기 캐비티 측으로 돌출하지만, 상기 성형품의 상기 유효부분까지 도달하지 않는 위치까지의 범위 내에서 정지하도록 제어 가능하게 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 핀을 구동하기 위한 구동부를 가지며,이 구동부는, 상기 게이트를 차단하며 또한 상기 분리면 이상으로 상기 캐비티 내로 돌출하도록 상기 핀을 이동하고, 또한, 상기 게이트의 차단을 유지한 채 상기 핀을 상기 분리면보다 외측까지 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,상기 핀을 구동하는 제1 구동부와 제2 구동부를 가지고,이 제1 구동부는, 상기 게이트를 차단하며 또한 상기 분리면 이상으로 상기 캐비티 내로 돌출하도록 상기 핀을 이동하고,이 제2 구동부는, 상기 게이트의 차단을 유지한 채 상기 핀을 상기 분리면보다 외측까지 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
- 청구항 6에 있어서,상기 제1 구동부 및 상기 제2 구동부는 왕복동 에어실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 금형장치.
