Claims (20)
- ybjE 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질의 아미노산 서열이 서열번호 2, 9 및 10으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 ybjE 유전자의 발현이, ybjE 유전자 카피수의 증가 또는 ybjE 유전자의 발현 조절 서열의 변형을 통해 증강되도록 변형된, L-아미노산 생산능이 있는 미생물.

- 제1항에 있어서, ybjE 유전자가 서열번호 1의 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 포함하는 DNA인 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, ybjE 유전자가 서열번호 1의 뉴클레오타이드 49번에서 948번까지의 뉴클레오타이드 서열을 갖는 DNA인 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미생물의 L-아미노산 배출능이 ybjE 유전자의 발현 증강에 의해 증가되는 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, L-아미노산 또는 L-아미노산 유사체에 대한 미생물의 내성이 ybjE 유전자의 발현 증강에 의해 증가되는 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, L-아미노산이 L-리신, L-아르기닌, L-오르니틴, L-히스티딘, L-이소류신, L-트레오닌, L-프롤린, L-페닐알라닌, L-시스테인 및 L-글루탐산으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 엔테로박테리아세애(Enterobacteriaceae) 과에 속하는 미생물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 엔테로박테리아세애 과의 에스케리치아(Escherichia)속에 속하는 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 코리네폼(Coryneform) 세균인 미생물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 메탄올 동화 세균인 미생물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 메탄올 동화 세균이 메틸로필러스(Methylophilus) 또는 메틸로바실러스(Methylobacillus) 속에 속하는 미생물.
- L-아미노산을 생산하고 축적시키는 배지에서 제1항 및 제4항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 미생물을 배양하는 단계 및 상기 배지 또는 미생물로부터 상기 L-아미노산을 수거하는 단계를 포함하는, L-아미노산 생산방법.
- L-아미노산을 생산하고 축적시키는, 주탄소원으로서 메탄올을 함유하는 액체 배지에서 제12항 또는 제13항에 따른 미생물을 배양하는 단계 및 상기 배지 또는 미생물로부터 상기 L-아미노산을 수거하는 단계를 포함하는, L-아미노산 생산방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, L-아미노산이 L-리신, L-아르기닌, L-오르니틴, L-히스티딘, L-이소류신, L-트레오닌, L-프롤린, L-페닐알라닌, L-시스테인 및 L-글루탐산으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 생산방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, L-아미노산이 L-리신, L-아르기닌, L-오르니틴, L-히스티딘, L-이소류신, L-트레오닌, L-프롤린, L-페닐알라닌, L-시스테인 및 L-글루탐산으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 생산방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, L-아미노산이 염기성 L-아미노산으로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 에스케리치아 콜라이에서 ybjE 유전자의 발현이 서열번호 1의 3번 위치에 있는 구아닌의 아데닌으로의 치환에 의해 증강되도록 변형된, L-아미노산 생성능이 있는 에스케리치아 콜라이.
- L-리신을 생산하고 축적시키는 액체 배지에서 제19항에 따른 에스케리치아 콜라이를 배양하는 단계 및 상기 배지 또는 에스케리치아 콜라이로부터 L-리신을 수거하는 단계를 포함하는, L-리신 생산방법.
