Claims (11)
- 서열번호 1 또는 서열번호 10에 나타낸 염기서열로 구성된 DNA로 표시되는 벼 유래의 프로모터.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스트레스가 건조 스트레스, 저온 스트레스 또는 염 스트레스인 프로모터.
- 제 1항에 기재된 프로모터를 포함하는 재조합 벡터.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 제 1항에 기재된 프로모터 지배하에서 스트레스 내성을 향상시키는 구조 유전자 및/또는 조절유전자를 작용할 수 있는 상태로 포함하는 벡터.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 스트레스 내성을 향상시키는 구조 유전자 및/또는 조절유전자가 프롤린 합성의 열쇠 효소 P5CS(delta-1-pyrroline-5-carboxylate synthase) 유전자, 갈락티놀 합성유전자 AtGolS3 (Arabidopsis thaliana galactinol synthase3) 유전자, 아기장대 유래 전사인자 DREB (dehydration responsive element binding protein) 유전자, 벼 유래 전사인자 OsDREB (Oryza sativa dehydration responsive element binding protein) 유전자 및 ABA(abscisic acid) 합성효소 NCED (9-cis-epoxycarotenoid dioxygenase) 유전자로부터 선택되는 벡터.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 스트레스 내성을 향상시키는 구조유전자 및/또는 조절유전자가 벼 유래 전사인자 OsDREB(Oryza sativa dehydration responsive element binding protein) 유전자인 벡터.
- 제 3항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 벡터를 숙주에 도입하여 얻을 수 있는 형질전환체.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 숙주가 식물인 형질전환체.
- 제 8항에 있어서, 숙주가 단자엽 식물인 형질전환체.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 기재된 프로모터를 식물에 도입하는 것에 의해 식물의 스트레스 내성을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 스트레스가 탈수 스트레스, 저온 스트레스 또는 염 스트레스인 벡터.
